Sunny's Deli — Restaurant in Maryland

I decided to try this place. I always seen people in the morning here. I tried this place a few weeks ago & First of all, it’s only cash and they have no PRICES of anything on the menu . For the quality food they provide they are expensive. A small breakfast sandwich alone came up to $7 while a combo meal is $9 that includes home fries, breakfast sandwich and a small coffee. The small coffee they provide comes with powder creamer that’s disgusting. And the breakfast sandwich had no flavor and VERY small, I could cooked better than that at home. The home fries were gross they were so dry and no flavor.

Today visit I tried to give them another try. They messed my order up . Today I added bacon to my breakfast sandwich which is a few dollars more- they didn’t even place bacon on it . It was just crumbles of it. I told the lady my order was wrong and instead of remaking my order ( I asked for my sandwich to be on a bagel) not bread. She had an attitude and started yelling at me literally. Bad customer service. This place isn’t even worth spending a dime.

I did not need much service and usually just order and go. So far no problem. The food is straightforward and simple like what we would make at home. The cost for combo meals is good when other people charge 30% more. I go there for the convenience and the food is not greasy or salty. For people with health issues, this is a better place because I don’t get sick afterwards. Flavor at the restaurants often comes from cheap oil and salt, and it’s not good for people with digestive issues. The portion is good so that I don’t overeat. Even cheeses are portion controlled. Not taking credit cards is an inconvenience but it also allows me to pay less. I get why they do...

Absolutely lovely having a little quick sunny side up eggs from here just this morning. Though they only accept cash, they certainly are very kind to their customers. I came in and the lady apologized profusely for not being there at the counter earlier but I was just browsing however the fact that she made sure to apologize for not being there when a customer arrived made it all better.
