We went to look at mattresses in October 2012 and our salesman at the Riva Festival location was very nice. He wasn't pushy and took a lot of time showing us mattress. The mattress was delivered without issue and we LOVED it! By December we started having back and hip problems. We were floored! We would get up from the mattress and there would be an imprint of where we were laying. Then when we would get into the bed that evening....the same imprint was STILL there! This should NOT happen. So i went back in the store and a asked for an warranty inspection. They set one up for me and someone came out a couple days after Christmas! Since then i hadn't heard back from them, so i called them today. The lady on the phone said my claim was DENIED! I was VERY upset. We were still paying off a mattress that was CAUSING us pain! So i asked the lady who i could talk to to get this resolved, she said a supervisor. I was put on hold, but i was at work, so i hung up. Then all of a sudden i got a call back! It was the lady from Mattress Discounters. SHE had talked to the supervisor and the supervisor said to, 'go ahead and give them the mattress credit'. I was floored. I figured i would have to fight....but they said that the results of the test were VERY close and the mattress should not have had that issues so soon after purchasing. Anyways....I am very pleased at the fact that i didn't have to fight with any one. THANK YOU Mattress Discounters! You have a patron...

I love love love mattress firm…I’ve brought four mattresses from here on Progressive Leasing!!! The first three months are interest free & I’ve managed to pay them off within the three months. From my King to Queen & two twin mattresses, I have zero complaints! Not only are they super comfortable but it seems as if they are ALWAYS having a sale. I’ve purchased multiple mattresses that the original price was over $1000.00. After the discounts from the sale I’ve paid anywhere from $550-$800 with a minimum of 50% off each mattress I’ve purchased. Not only are the mattresses comfortable & worth every penny, the sales associates that I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing from are very patient & welcoming. I’ve also purchased from more than one location & still felt the compassion & patience from which ever employee I had the pleasure of working with at that very moment!!! The best part of it all is that with progressive leasing you will leave with your brand new mattress for roughly $60.00 that very same day. If for any reason your mattress isn’t in stock at their store, they will locate it for you at another store if your doing a pickup order. Definitely...

We've been to this Matress Firm twice. We went here once when we got married 15yrs ago for our first Matress (which we loved), and again yesterday for our first upgrade since (for a little more space). Our experience here was great. Our sales person (Niyi Thomas) was super helpful, not pushy, and guided us to find a great new bed. The store manager (I think that was his position? Lol.) was also super friendly and accommodating. When they didn't have the sheet color we asked about, he tried to give us an upgraded package at the same price as the lower quality item to get us what we asked for at the price we were comfortable with. Again, it was an all around great experience, and I'd recommend checking out this Matress Firm if you're looking to try out some mattresses in real life. In my opinion, it beats the virtual matress experience everyone else is...
