Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Maryland

Don’t know what I was expecting but the cashier didn’t pay any attention to me as I was trying to place an order and seemed very aloof the whole time. Cashier’s name on the receipt is Alejandra but I know that could be someone else and it’s not actually the person who was at the register. I do not know her name at all as she did not wear a name tag. I did see someone else with the “Alejandra” name tag but she was not the one who helped me. Instead of helping me order she helped door dashers that walked in after me and had no care for actually helping me. Definitely poor experience here and she was also unable to help another English speaking customer who had concerns and the manager said that she cannot help her with her concern. She definitely helped all the Spanish speaking customers and I know since I am Hispanic myself but I decided to speak in English and I do not think she knew I spoke Spanish too. I finally live at a place where my two favorite restaurants taco bell and kfc are the closest fast food joints to my. Only 1/4 mile away. Of course kharma wont let me be. They are both inone location and this location serces the worse version of both chains. Even though the staff is sterotypical of what you think would give you great mexican and southern food, they fail miserably. I keep tryong but the food here, especially the kfx food sucks. Super skimpy. They should charge 25 centa for the pitiful tacos. The akinny chichen ahould be $7 for an 8 piece but good luck getting anywhere near that $. I had to update my 2 star review ave drop it to one star because nothing they serve here is up to the standards you expect from taco bell and KFC. To top it off I was threatened by a punk employee when I put my trash in the counter because there were no trash cans. I would have enjoyed the brief workout but being white I'm sure I would have...

Check your order before you leave because they don’t follow specific instructions. I asked for nacho cheese to be added to my cheesy Gordita crunch and sub the shell for a nacho cheese flavor. They did neither. The Gordita was dry not enough sauce. They didn’t have freezes. My chicken quesadilla was almost paper thin. They gave me soft tacos instead of crunchy tacos. Highly dissatisfied.

I guess I didn’t learn my lesson the first time. I ordered the same cheesy Gordita crunch with the nacho cheese added and nacho cheese shell. They got the shell part right but forgot all the sauce. The sauce that comes with it and the nacho cheese sauce that I asked for. The nacho fries I ordered have cinnamon on them. Definitely not going...
