EDIT: DON’T DO IT!!! My last order finally arrived, but the quality was absolutely terrible! I was told they had a different supplier and that maybe the product overheated during shipping. Thing is, it would still smell like lemon if that were true. It did not smell like lemon, more like a carrier oil and was a strange color. This was supposed to be “pure essential oil”. I will never trust this company again!

I was really hoping this would be a good company for my business needs. If they improve their product availability and shipping time consistency then it could be. The products are good quality, but out of 3 orders, only 1 didn’t have issues. The first one arrived in a timely manner with no problems. The second order had to be cancelled due to lack of stock (after a week and a half waiting with no communication). The third time, they are having issues filling orders and still saying it will be shipped soon. So far, I’ve been given 3 different days, as to when it will ship. This is not going to work for business purposes unless product availability and shipping times become...

Have been using wholesale botanics for quite some time for my business. Never had any issues. Orders were always fulfilled and received quickly. This last order, one of the items was a ~1,000 count of droppers for Boston round bottles (also included in the order and the same quantity). I receive everything except for the droppers.

For the droppers I only received a box of about 375 of them. Roughly 700 short. I contacted wholesale botanics at their customer support number and received no answer so I left a voicemail. They also mention to email for quicker responses. So I did so, also providing my order number. Again, no response. I’m still not in contact with customer support.

Customer service, and more importantly, honoring your customers purchase by supplying them with what they purchased is important. I didn’t care about not receiving the right quantity. Accidents happen. But to not receive any support after?...

The wholesale botanics is a good price and has quality products I have been using the rose hip oil for my face and I am getting good results. The oil to price ratio is good value. The dropper bottles are a plus. I did have two bottles that the rubber on dropper bottle was kinda messed up one leaked slightly, no more than a drop. Luckily it is still usable so I’m not gonna return it. The blends I got were home blend, romance, and immunity blend. My husband didn’t like the smell of any of these they gave him a headache. They are super strong. I understand the immunity being medicinal smelling but romance and home were off putting as well. I prefer their non blended products the primrose and rose hip...
