Update: I would like to thank Kathy who reached out to me regarding my post. Kathy was very professional and took care of the situation. We look forward in visiting again and giving The Big Greek Cafe another chance. The customer service was Five Star, Thank you for your great customer service!!! This is the second time they mess my order up, I specifically repeat myself that I do not want the tzatziki sauce and when I arrive at my hotel room and get ready to eat, guess what? Tzatziki sauce in my gyro!!!! Super disappointed, the employees are hard working and nice during the ordering process, but I really don’t know what the other employees are reading while they are getting the order together. I won’t be returning!!!

The food (including desserts) and service are so amazing here they’ve become a staple for me week. I thought the pork chop was the best thing I’d had in forever. Then I had the pleasure of eating their Bog Greek Chicken salad...yum yum nom nom. Next on my list, the lamb chops and lamb shank. I KNOW they won’t disappoint. PS. Had the almond cake...no words. Ridiculously great. PPS. Just had the lamb shank with orzo; fantastic! I’m kicking myself for not finding this place sooner. PPPS. I’m crossing my fingers they have the pork chops next week. That was one of my first dishes here and it was AAMMMAAAZZZIINGGG!

We’ve been here twice, once to dine in and once to takeout. The first time we ordered the Spanakopita, Famous Gyro Pita Sandwich, Hercules Burger and Big Greek Fries. The second time we ordered the fries and burger again and also the Gyro Bowl. I’m not very knowledgeable of Greek food but they all tasted very good to me, especially the fries. And I do feel like their price is really reasonable for the portions of food they give. The staff are also very friendly and nice. I’d definitely recommend this place for a quick bite.

The Big Greek cafe has been a staple while I have lived next door at the Gallery II apartment buildings. They constantly deliver with amazing food at a good price. Usually in a greek restaurant I look for quality meats and good greek fries - and they do exactly that. For $11-12 I can get a chicken gyro and greek fries and those fries are possibly one of the best I've ever had.

On top of this, they do gyro deals every Wednesday and on occasion, do promotions. Late last year they had a 10% discount card which was applicable for a few months. It kept current customers loyal and attracted new ones as well.

Wow. How disappointing. I have been a big fan of Big Greek Cafe for years and I just ordered the greek salad with chicken for delivery. When it arrived it had no silverware and didn't come with any of the tzaziki sauce that I was used to receiving. When I followed up with the restaurant, I was told they don't serve the salads with the tzaziki anymore and that it was my fault for not telling Postmates that I wanted silverware in the app. Is that a joke? I paid TWENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS after all of the extra fees to get a salad that isn't worth that and one that I don't even have utensils with which to eat?!! Terrible customer service and they have lost...
