Vince's New York Pizza And Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Maryland

Quick Take; It's far beyond burgers, and tastes exquisite. Something for everybody. Now, for the concise review. I grew up most of my life in Glen Burnie, and when I moved to this area, it was relatively difficult to find another good takeout place for lazy nights. We found exactly that in Vince's. The food is amazing. The pizza is some of the best I've ever had, along with amazing cheesesteak subs, stuffed shells, burgers, salads, there's something here for everyone. And personally, the winner for me is the New York burger, which I've personally named "The Heartstopper", and rightfully so, which as far as takeout burgers go, is easily the best. This burger is huge, and every bite is amazing. Good beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauteed onions, between sourdough buns, it in my mind absolutely dominates the world of fast food/takeout burgers, easily up to par, if not better than Five Guys. And if you don't want the total beast of the burger, the double cheeseburger is pretty amazing as well. Simply put, everything here I've had tastes amazing. If you want some good Italian American food, stop looking. You're not going to find anywhere better. Not to mention the delivery guy I usually get is extremely polite and always seems to be in a good mood. They've only ever messed up an order once, and they simply forgot a fry order, which they came back out to bring back shortly. So, that's that. 9/21/22 Outstanding Vinces Special Pizza tonight! Asked for it a little well done and its was crispy! Reccomend Xtra cheese and dont forget the red I pepper flakes. Ask for some for delivery or put some in folded napkin if you dont have. Gives itssome mild heat [ just a few here & there] which is wonderful! *Updated..Ordered a lasagna dinner( hint child's is a almost the same size. Was very good BUT only noodles sauce and parm in top. No ricotta inside. Called to tell them andwas only told they know it was made correctly,but will try harder next time. They have moved. Still like their mozerella stix,onion rings and fried mushrooms,pizza and calzones but they REALLY need adequate sauce! One tiny cup doesn't cover the reg let alone family size...I requested it in a soup cup and gut half a coffee cup. Childs meatball and spaghetti was good also... 11/21/2030Had the lasagne and asked for cheese on my garlic bread(1.00 xtra),comes with salad. Lasagne was tasty alittle soupy tho. 2yrs ago at least..Pizza is Jersey good! Their calzone is great,especially the family size but insist in ALOT more sauce they're stingy and they give the same little cup for a family size and charge extra I feel isn't right. If I could have given the Service a negative scoring I most definitely would. Don’t ever order from Vince’s NY Pizza on Virginia Ave. They have poor customer service and do not honor what you order on their website, and also does not give you what the website requires you to make a selection of.

An employee argued with me stating the website was incorrect and he had to fix it. Not my problem. He should have honored the restaurant’s website selections. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told that there wasn’t one working. Really?! No manager working? Anyway, as I was leaving after arguing with the employee who had no authority, another customer told me the issues she has had with this place as well.

I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!! The customer service is horrible, the employee I encountered who is apparently always there per the customer who stopped me in the parking lot, was rude and not helpful at all. The food is mediocre at best. I’d rather go to a restaurant where the employees are helpful, interested in making your order correctly, and the food is better than just mediocre.
