Target — Local services in Halfway

#1 Chelsea, Cheryl, and Guest Services, Dom (?)... and...I can't remember her name... Working about 9p Friday 5.31.19 ARE FANTASTIC TEAM MEMBERS! Target has a fairly new service that is the drive up pick up or something it's named like that. It's a great idea. I ordered 2) 7 by 10 foot large rugs, one from the Hagerstown store and one from the Martinsburg store. This drive up pick up service makes the items available 2 hours after I place the order on my app and they bring it out... I guess Lol. In Hagerstown,I arrived late and it was tricky at night for me to find the drive-up parking spots, but they were there and very conspicuous. Just more red and white which at night wasnt enough with all the red shopping cart signs. I don't know, I am on the keto diet and I was so hungry! Lol Anyway, I parked and again my Target app didn't have a way for me to notify the store that I was sitting out there. So Chelsea and Cheryl * while they're on their break* come to help. I didn't beckon. They checked my app for me, walked me in and carried out the rug to my car for me. I then realize, I actually hadn't selected drive up pick up! I just had a pick up order. They didn't even care! Everyone was so cool. In stark contrast, earlier in the day, I went to the Martinsburg store I could not find the drive up pick up spots anywhere, and I had to go inside because there again was nothing on my app to indicate that I should give them some kind of notice or let them know that I was there otherwise. I go inside the ladies shrugs and hands me a 7 x 10 rug for me to carry out by myself to my truck that's somewhere inconvenient in the parking lot. I absolutely ordered that rug as drive up pick up. No mistake. Thanks Martinsburg, not cool. But Hagerstown people really shined today. The employees that helped were actually on their break and still came and helped me. I'm just really thankful...

Pricy but find some stuff on sale and what I feel comfortable in dress wise. Knox Rose collection is great might want to step up a size or 2 for the area for that collection and maybe bring in more diversity from them as well, us not so skinny ladies love dresses like those, that make us feel feminine. Just not our sizes in the kinds of dresses and clothes our mothers/grandmother would wear. Same with shorts for us bigger ladies that are longer, longer tops and the young girls, daisy Duke styles are not appropriate.. Same with the swim suits more modern but flatters and covers, same for the younger girls, teeny bottoms and barely cover the top suits are not for little girls ages 5-15 most moms and dads would prefer modesty. They shouldn't have to pick up tops to cover their busts or pickin bottoms out of butt cracks. Go retro, attractive without the use me look. I'm trying to raise young ladies and good respectful young men. I know that's what mfgs send but buyers can demand better. Morals aren't...

I love this Target store. Over all, the customer service is great and they are very friendly to (legitimate) coupon'ers. The store is also just a bit larger than our store in Chambersburg with a few more choices, especially in the grocery department.

The cashiers are friendly, but if they are not completely trained when faced with a coupon issue, or a gift card not ringing up properly, there are supervisors or managers close by so the customers are not left waiting.

The restrooms could be kept just a bit cleaner, but that is really the only slight negative I can say. They have a unisex/family restroom that locks in addition to the men's and women's restroom. The store itself is very clean and stays quite organized. I'm frequently asked if I am finding everything I need by employees just walking by or stocking shelves.

I love the location of this store, it's in a strip center behind the mall, and close to several places I love to shop, and also...
