Wendy's — Restaurant in Maryland

Me & my family went to Wendys today and went thru the drive thru the girl that was taking my order was very unprofessional!! Very poor poor service!! She rushed my whole order on the intercom with constantly repeating anything else!! I would love to know what anything else consists of since thats not on the menu at Wendy's!! As i pulled up to the window to pay for my food she was very loud and unprofessional in the background while someone else at the window took my payment! The lady at the window asked her if she had my drinks ready and she proceeded to say get them yourself! Then I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food because they just dropped fries which was completely ok with me! Then 10mins later they bring our food out and we got everything but a fry and a drink which the lady whom took my payment went back inside and got for me!! When she came back out she apologized for the ignorance for the other young lady and was very polite while when our food was brought out by the manager and the lady whom apologized the manager not once said anything about the ignorance of the other employee as a matter of fact when we pulled up to the window she herself was laughing and giggling with the young lady who took our order! This isn't the first time I've came to this location and been completely disrespected by the staff. Today I was on my lunch break I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes with one car in front of me. I couldn't see why the car wasn't moving forward since no one was in front of them. Well no one was taking their order. So I drove around and parked and went inside. Not one customer in front of me. I walk up to order my food and 6 workers looked at and not one of them helped me. One guy actually said to another worker "what is that lady at the counter looking at me for". She then looked at me and laughed. One worker asked me "what's you looking at me for. What's you want". I said "I'd like to order please". She then rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Another worker then finally walked up and said "I have to take a order outside then I'll come back and help you". I didn't complain when she came back because she had saw me at the counter ready to order and walked past me. By the time I got back to work I had 10 minutes to eat. I work less then a mile from Wendy's. I work in a restaurant so I know it can get busy and crazy but you don't treat your customers this way. I Went to this particular Wendy's around 4:45p.m. after I got off from work. I arrived and waited at the drive-thru speaker for 5 minutes no one ever came on to address or acknowledge me so I proceeded to drive up to the window. Waited at the window for about another 3 to 5 minutes before the young lady that was servicing the drive-thru came to the window. I explained that I sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes but no one ever came so she needed to take my order at the window. I ordered a fish sandwich and customized it. The person that serviced the drive-thru on this particular day was named Megan, Megan's customer service was not up to par she was not accommodating and very slow. She never apologized for not taking my order at the drive-thru speaker. when I received my order it was not correct and cold. I proceeded to go into the restaurant and explain that my order was incorrect and cold. I received horrible customer service from both the cashier Rishawn as well as the manager Tammy. they did not provide good customer service at all!!! I recommend that the whole staff be retrained on what it is to provide good customer service because it lacks tremendously. If I could give this particular restaurant zero Stars I would, that's how...
