Wendy's — Restaurant in Maryland

I dont know what is going on with Wendy's in the last 10 to 18 months. All the employees seem friendly smiling, BUT they give u what they want u to have NOT what u order..... Saturday morning I was the 3rd person in line (drive thu) cause there dining room still is not open. I ordered 3 sandwiches waited 25mins to get my breakfast order. When I got my order I asked,,,,, this is 2 breakfast baconators and 1 bacon chicken sandwiche the lady opens the bag and said there is 3 sandwiches in the bag....... that's not what I asked..,.... so I pulled over in the parking lot and opened the bag, yes 3 sandwiches. 2 bacon chicken and 1 baconator. I looked at my receipt and sorry enough I paid for 2 baconators and 1 bacon chicken...... The joke used to b any handicap person that want to work,, just go to the dept of motor vehicle they'll hire them first.. We all I think that has changed,,,, I believe most of the handicap, u know the ones that think they know what's best for you instead of what you wand, must work at Wendy's now....... I still havent gotten the bacon chicken lunch or dinner sandwich. I've order it fro 4 count um 4 different Wendy's and each time on the outside ordering panel and the insider register all say chicken..... and each time i recieve the burger instead of chicken. Even an idiot like me can tell the difference. And when u order a jr baconators when u order the bacon chicken and u dont get any chicken u know something is seriously wrong.....is it that confusing between chicken and beef, they dont even...

I normally keep these things to myself, but this Wendy’s is the absolute worst. I’ve been here a few times and each time it takes at least 10-15 minutes to get your food and something is always wrong.

Tonight, I had ordered my food around 8:30 PM, pulled up, paid, got my drinks but no receipt. I didn’t even get a straw and was told to pull up and wait, saw about 4+ cars that arrived after me get their food and leave.

I saw someone running food and he asked me what I had ordered, seemed confused, told me a car that was there after me had the same order and that it might be mine. He ran back inside, ran out, gave someone else their food. I waited and he never came back. 20 minutes after I ordered, I finally got my food, except I’m missing a bacon and cheese baked potato.

I pull around the drive thru and ask for my missing item. They tell they’ll bring it right out. I wait another 10 minutes and see cars leave that were behind me. I drive around again and ask about my missing item and they tell me to go straight to the window.

I get home and my bacon and cheese potato was missing the bacon. I should have immediately gotten a refund and left after it was taking longer than 10 minutes. I wasted almost an...

If this is the Wendy's off Veterans in Millersville, md, that goggle opinionsis asking me To review. It probably is coz I'm THERE EVERY NIGHT CUZ ITS THE BEST IN ALL THE COUNTRY!! I used to travel for work bout ten years ago.So I can say that with absolute certain. The good is already hot and fresh, yes you have to usually wait bout 3 min bit that chuc is hit and fresh if the gym and fresh fixes. And everyone there is so nice which that shows it has good management and great team building crew and just a great work life balance. Cancel reminder is total Pleasant and happy to be there. My girlfriend told me she met the manager at a lunch time once and she was so nice and professional and happy and my girlfriend has been in the restaurant business 20 years and she just thinks so highly of this movies and they really deserve to be the whole team and they should be recognized more often how awesome are you doing!!!! I usually see Knuckles on my night shift and he is very professional very happy and efficient and a young lady tonight who really just went Above and Beyond on a food presentation and just every single time they always (ALL OF THEM) do an awesome job no matter what time of night...
