I had the exclusive opportunity to be a taste tester for the highly anticipated Dangling Carrot Juice Bar & Café food truck, and let me tell you—the Sunrise Breakfast Sandwich is absolutely on point! Although the food truck isn’t officially open yet, the owner, Kevin/AJ, has been carefully selecting a few lucky people to preview their delicious menu items, and I was thrilled to be one of them.

I chose the chicken sausage for the Sunrise Breakfast Sandwich, and it was a game-changer! The sandwich features toasted, freshly baked bread, savory chicken sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, and rich, smoked Gouda cheese. It’s topped with perfectly folded eggs and finished with a drizzle of raw honey for a flavor experience that is both balanced and unforgettable. We walked into AutoZone, and I told my husband I wanted to try that food truck instead of going to dinner! The owner came in for employee juices, and I impulsively asked him to make me whatever he wanted. The pastrami sandwich was AMAZING!! 🤩 I'm usually picky, but this was incredible! Food is super good highly recommend 👌... This is a update to my review. I had the signature pastrami sandwich and about 10mins later i went back and ate the blt both were super good. Well also ordered cinnamon rolls, freshly squeezed orange juice, and the carrot juice. We were really impressed with everything. Good luck...
