Guelaguetza Food Truck — Restaurant in Marysville

Guelaguetza food truck came to my apartment complex this evening. I have friends who have raved about this food truck and I was so excited to finally try the food myself….It was by far the BEST AUTHENTIC Mexican food! I ordered the Steak Burrito and Chicken Quesadilla. Both were very delicious!!! The Portions are incredible (I definitely have leftovers!) and the prices are very reasonable. Everything on the menu looked delicious. The staff is very kind.The person who took my order and gave me my food was so incredibly nice and amazing. She even offered me a free drink :) First thing tomorrow morning, I’m telling my property manager to have this food truck come back on a regular basis! I 100% recommend...

I stopped up to the Shovel City Drinkery a few months back for my first experience with Guelaguetza food. Oh my goodness. I had a difficult time figuring out what to get as it all sounds so delicious. Once I figured it out, I saw they had ice cream. Have never had coconut ice cream before that day, however, every time they are back in Marion, I always look first to see if they are serving it. We had Guelaguetza at our facility for a staff party. Ruby was so responsive with e-mails and calls and was on top of everything! They were so prepared to serve over 100 employees! They took no time at all cooking the food and did everything with a smile! I would say they had the best customer service I have ever received from a food truck!
