Ordered pizza for carryout. Picked up, the employee behind the counter had a dog in the neck opening of his shirt! I am very much in support of service dogs, but there are places they can't be. Called the store, asked for a manager. The lady who answered said it is a service dog. Not legal for a service dog to be in the food prep area of a restaurant. The lady who answered the phone when I asked for management said Brian was the manager. Said it is a service dog and that is how it serves the employee, must be in constant contact with his skin. I said not legal in the kitchen, she said he only empties the garbage at the handwashing sink. The employee had the dog in his shirt standing over the oven where there was unbaked pizza dough.

Read moreI used to love this place, but recently it has gone down hill. We ordered a pizza last Saturday night, it took 40 minutes to get the pizza delivered from their door to our door. We live 5 minutes away. The first person I talked to on the phone, once it went past the 30 minute mark was very understanding, saying it was unacceptable and that the driver was around the corner. He said they could either make new pizza or refund my money if he does not show up soon. 10 minutes after that call, the driver showed up, our pizza was cold, and part of it was mashed, like you could tell something was on top of it. I called Dominos back, and the 2nd guy whom answered the phone was very rude. He said "What do you want us to do about it?!". I replied with, "I would like my money back, please". He tried persuading me to not do that. I was insistent on getting my money back. He replied with, "Well, it's going to take 2-3 business days anyways." Then that was the end of the conversation. We had been out on our boat all day, and was very tired. We ended up just going to the store to get pizzas to throw in the oven. Here it is almost a week later, and there still has not been a refund. Dominos was my favorite pizza, but now I may venture out to other places in Marysville. I'm very...
Read moreI don't often write reviews, and I don't go out of my way to write scathing reviews for mistakes; this however doesn't appear to be a mistake. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and jalapeno bacon cheesy bread with four sauces using the online ordering system (even put in a tip in advance lol). One of which was NOT supposed to be an icing. But, let's say that was an honest mistake. That cheese bread (picture attached) turned out to be a loaf. I'm convinced either two different people prepared my food or one person gave up halfway through.
The cheese bread had no bacon on it, and a single piece of jalapeno. I could almost say "Hey, maybe they thought it was regular cheese bread AND forgot to cut it, on top of getting the wrong condiment", but no, clearly they put one single piece of jalapeno tauntingly near the center and nothing else. They're supposed to 'quality check' food right? So someone quality checked that uncut loaf of bread with a singular jalapeno slice on it and thought that was good to send. With icing. The only thing I can think of is that they were upset I ordered an half an hour or hour before closing time or something. But hey, don't take my word for it, look at...
