I have a restaurant recommendation for anyone in the vicinity of Marysville. Yes it’s worth the drive. OK, so bad news first it’s takeout you’re not gonna sit down and eat the food ……….. in my opinion that’s the only bad news.

That is what I ordered other than the prawn dish. Everything was spice level one because we had never been there before and I wanted to make sure my kids could eat it. My wife and kids would enjoy it the spice level it was spicy, but not too spicy if I was to really categorize it, I would say it was probably more of a spice level , but saying that I like spicy food, I would say the normal person would probably say it was a spice level three. As much as I like spicy food the butterfish masala was my favorite Indian dish from any place I’ve ever gotten Indian food ever I will be getting four or five next timewas heavenly it was cooked. Perfectly. Fish was tender, not chewy. It was well as I said perfect. The goat was cooked. Perfect for the goat curry.

We also got 4 MANGO BURFI and 4 milk cake for dessert. Sooooo goood. When we want good Indian food we usually make a trek down to saffron in Northgate and we really like them. We like that atmosphere the family has come and talked with us while we’re eating several times. We really do like that place we feel that they know us and they treat us well, I’m not going to lie. I ordered my food on call and I ask the lady on phone what’s my total she gave me different amount and when I went to picked up my food she took my card from my hand and charged me different amount I didn’t notice at that time but I checked my bank she took more money than what she told me!! I remember when she took my card from my hands and start hitting her own tips which is not right she can’t make customers decisions what they wanna tip her! It’s my decision according your customer service what I feel like tip you I will give you! After this incident I am definitely not trusting those people! So be aware don’t hand them your credit card! (It’s illegal taking out money from customers account without their permission) food wasn’t even fresh and curry was uncooked and all I see is water!! Waste of money and time!!

I ordered 2 entrees: Saag Paneer & Butter chicken, 2 appetizers: vegetable pakora & wings & one dessert: Kheer. $60 for take out lunch. Happily paid. Getting everything home, the food was yummy. Not the best but quite yummy. This place will do if you’re too lazy to cook or too lazy to go your favorite restaurant. The biggest disappointment is that I spent $60 for a take out lunch and they only give you enough rice for one entree. Why would you skimp your customer on something as simple as rice? Especially when you are charging restaurant prices for take out food? I will give this place one more try. Hopefully they will fix this issue. If you order 2 entrees you should be provided with rice for each of the entrees you pay for. You are a new business in a market that has plenty of competition and an economy that not many people can afford to go out to eat. You need to stand out from the rest. Do better.
