Both baristas were rude, and one of them was visibly either drunk or high. (Slurred speech, barely coherent, stumbling a lot). I ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha frappacino, and they forgot to add the peppermint. Normally not a huge deal, but then they argued with me about if I had told them peppermint or not: she had repeated my order back to me and it was correct. Another customer actually had to tell them to "shut up and just remake it" because they were being so hostile. Then they remade it, but the drunk lady ended up adding just a tiny bit of normal chocolate in it, but not enough for me to notice any true color change. However, when I got in the car and actually tasted it it was obviously not white chocolate; I'm severely intolerant of the actual cocoa part of chocolate as it flares up a medical condition and all my organs swell up. Thankfully I noticed after just a couple sips so the symptoms didn't last very long, but it really was the icing on the cake that their neglect (or pettiness) ended up with me in pain after a truly awful encounter in the first place. (And yes, in person I was perfectly cordial despite their hostility because I have anxiety so it's not like I was being a Karen; just asked for a remake). Went to a different Starbucks the day after and they made it just fine with no pain inducing cocoa so it definitely wasn't me being unclear about wanting...

Not to mention her voice was nails on a chalkboard. I forgot what was in the cupcake or birthday cake Fraps for my daughter and she was like, "we don't have that recipe, so no" .
