Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Mason City

I placed an order in the app for pickup; not only did it not state that the order wouldn’t be started until we arrived, but upon arrival my son stood at the counter for approx 8 minutes without being acknowledged. I waited in the car for an additional nearly 10 minutes before going in and noticing that not a single drink had been completed. Who I assume was the manager continued on helping the drive thru while we waited a total of nearly 20 minutes since arriving with no beverages. Once they told me my order was finished, I quickly grabbed them and exited but had to turn around to come back because the order was not complete and they had forgotten a drink. I came through the drive thru today spent $45 for my drinks to be made wrong. The hot vanilla latte was iced. The caramelicious was supposed to have cold foam (which I paid for) and the infusions were wrong. Brought it to the barista at the window and she acted annoyed that I said something. Got the drinks back for the caramelicious to be a vanilla iced latte with no flavor in the cold foam and the caramel apple infusions having no caramel in them at all. I normally go to the clear lake scooters, but was closer to the Mason city one, so decided to treat myself and my friend. We ordered an iced daydreamer, a strawberry smoothie and a lil smiley strawberry smoothie for her daughter. The daydreamer was good, the adult smoothie had a sip lid?? And the lil smiley didn’t have whip or get a small bendy straw like they’re supposed to. They also were pretty slow and we waited for a while longer than I feel we should have.
