KFC — Restaurant in Massillon

I waited in a line of three cars for 15 minutes. While ordering (I'm not a regular) I was asking a couple questions about the men nou and the lady was rude. Didn't give explanation or anything just said NO to basically shut me up...I get to the window and the woman at the window shut the window and had me sit there while I heard her saying something about us..but shehad no customer service skills..when she decided to open the window to get the money Didn't say hi, she looked at me like I had something on my face so I even checked.. I handed her the money and she took the money but she was staring directly at my face making it an awkward exchange (I'd think she would be looking at the money I'm handing her) she proceeds to get our stuff but doesn't say anything, opens the window drops it in my hand with this flick of her hand (I don't know how to describe it besides a NASTY attitude) and shuts the window. Doesn't say a word So.

I yelled thru the window to tell that woman to have a good day bc obviously she hates her job, isn't capable of holding a basic polite conversation with the public as her job description I'm sure entails...

I'll describe the woman as looking like morgan Freeman with a shellfish allergy...

She was rude And I'll never come back. This is the first time I've been there in quite some time and my experience was less than satisfying . Glad they opened chick Fila...

Changing my review for a more recent entry. Some where along the line this Massillon KFC has gone down hill. When customers are denied their order. Because "one" coworker goes to get lunch for us all, but they are told ONLY ONE order can be fulfilled, all the rest have to sacrifice the type we want. You cannot order buckets of all dark meat. So we had to order individual meals. Then our runner was told, "you cannot order more than one extra crispy meal at a time." She was told it comes with two sides, but ONLY received one. All in all then the person at the window was extremely rude, rude, rude. According to the menu it comes with two sides and two biscuits but what you get is one side, one biscuit. This KFC located on Lincoln Way in Massillon is horrible! Their employees could not possibly be less caring of their job performance, let alone their customers! I went through the drive-thru. The voice on the speaker should have sent up a red flag! She sounded like a was interrupting her world! Got my food, with no receipt, and parked in KFC lot. Order was completely wrong. I took it inside and, with no apologies, they gave me what I ordered. Went back to car and looked at food. My daughter’s food looked ok, but all I ordered for myself was a chicken thigh. It was the same size as my daughter’s chicken leg! I took it back in and put it on the counter and asked “Is this the normal size of your chicken thighs?” These people didn’t care. She didn’t even walk close enough to the counter to see it. She just replied yes. I said “ok, thank you.” I left it there.
