Taco Bell — Restaurant in Massillon

Need to drug test your workers..everytime I go there everyone is out smoking pot at the dumpsters.. I'll start ordering and see them run in and say give me a sec...and smell it coming off them as they run by my car very disappointed this is a nice town...do what ya want at home but kids all over this town see you....The guy had dark hair long and I have his plate number....if you drug test your employee you will see I'm telling the truth....u cam back later that night and seen him almost wreck a the way home if somthing serious isn't done I will reach out to anyone I can there a community page I havnt spread it on there but they go smoke in the dampers and before they come to work....my kids were in the car and had to smell that....I wouldn't care if he just did it at home or whatever but looks very unprofessional on tacobell...especially if he wrecks leaving or gets seriously hurt... I'm going to try to get his name..but he drives a silver Toyota camere and parks right by the front door tag...kra9751...store number21275 It's in massillon ohio on lincoln way...I'm going to media with this next reached out to corporate and they havnt dome anything what a joke somone could get killed or hurt and they won't care...

This has 2 be the cleanest taco bell restaurant I ate at in a long time. I visited the Belden village n North Canton restaurant n they were absolutely filthy n dirty 4 being a establishment restaurant. I notified the restaurant manager about cleaning off a table so we could sit down n eat. Both so called manager could care less about cleaning a table off 4 me n my quest. I had to ask my quest 4 some purell sanitizer 2 clean table off . The Belden village manager never sent anybody 2 clean the tables off. I told him I would never eat in this establishment ever again. He acted like he could care less. At least the north canton manager sent out someone to clean the tables off after seeing me using sanitizer on the table. With germs n viruses so easy to catch u think any manager with common sense would make the establishment clean n save to eat at there restaurant. The manager should be thankful that I'm not in restaurant management because I would have fired them on the spot. There no excuse for being that lazy n shouldn't have that position...

Ordered via the mobile app at the 1108 Lincoln Way East, Massillon, OH location. The order went through on the app but apparently didn't go through to the store. When pulling up to the window I told them the order I sent through with my name and they said they didn't have it. I had the order up on my phone and told them it was there under my name. They went quiet and didn't respond. My assumption was they were looking to see what the order was or what was going on with it. I sat there for a good amount of time and said something to see if someone was still there. I got a, "yeah?! I told you we didn't have your order." Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I then went up to the window to show them my order but was told I would have to pay a second time. I left and cancelled the order via the app. I will not be back at this location until they get their staff to treat their customers in a more professional manner. Completely...
