Worst experience I have ever had in a food establishment. This location is ran by children, I do not believe a single person that was working when I walked in was over 18, so service and customer satisfaction was what you would expect in this scenario.
First kid who was the "manager" took my order but did not ring me up, he just jumped straight back to making the pizza. After standing at the counter for about 10 minutes he came back and was surprised that another worker didn't ring me up.
Fast forward about 30 minutes, then "manager" and the other kid were at the front discussing what I was waiting on, "manager" told him the wrong pizza, I correct him and stated that it should have been up by now. No one even attempts to investigate further or try to resolve the situation, they just continue doing something on the register.
Another 10 minutes rolls by, "manager" leaves and during this time, I watched the non "manager" refill the seasoning for Crazy Bread and drop the lid on the floor. He then put it right back on, and continued working.
Pizza finally comes up, and then non "manager" doesn't realize that I had Crazy Bread too. I then watch him go and pull some up and then as he went to put the contaminated seasoning on, I very sternly told him to stop, at this point I was past pleasantry. The manager now on shift, who was the first adult I have seen up until this point immediately interjects and states that they won't be serving me. Starts rattling off that he's 16 and he's been working for 10 hours. She then says that she will be refunding me and asks if my order was taken on the front register or the drive. After stating three times that I have been inside she finally understood, but still couldn't manage to locate my order so she decided she was going to refund me in cash instead of on my card.
At this point I get my money and have pizza already in hand, that I could confirm wasn't contaminated, and turned to leave when she goes "so it's gonna be like that huh, going to take the pizza too." I turned at threw the $10 that she just refunded me and I said a few choice words and walked out.
I will be contacting the Stark County Health Department shortly to file a complaint, as well as their corporate line.
I understand when you get backed up things can get chaotic, as I have worked in the food service industry in my younger years. I have had no problem waiting in the past because of this, but when my order is mishandled twice, and then I witness a significant health code violation, I can't ignore that kind of...
Read moreIt's a mixed bag in regards to the quality, or done-ness of their food. The place is just average at best and you get what you pay for. Also it's worth mentioning that when the place gets busy, it really gets busy - especially when opting for the drive-thru.
Usually the customer service there is "mid". However, a few staff members there are nice and attentive. One awesome person as such that stands out to me is this young gentlemen with thick frame glasses and a speech impedimemt; I don't know his name, but he does an incredible job and is a hard worker all around. Certainly, of the handful of times I've had him take my order, he has my respect for making sure him along with other kitchen members communicate well.
I can't say the same for one other person I encountered at the window - this being my most recent visit the day as I write this review. This short lady probably in her 40s with a Southern accent took my order and came off as somewhat rude, seemed like I could have been an inconvenience despite being the only customer in the entire parking lot, and seemed to talk to me as if I was stupid or something...explaining and asking things in needl333ess great length as one would to a 10 year-old. She also jumped to correct me a few 14555535⅘⁴43%3 I wanted..I know the national menu very well, as I've been a long-time customer here for at least 13 years, but, I and anyone else for that matter can't just always remember what the current prices are...
Read moreI am currently in love with the Pretzel Crust Pizza. I was skeptical at first. Who makes pizza without pizza sauce?!? When I took my first bite of this literal slice of heaven, I knew. Little Caesar's, that's who. The cheddar cheese sauce pairs so perfectly with the pretzel crust that I'm pretty sure they were made for each other. The mozzerella and muenster that top this wonder are perfectly combined and browned to bring out their full flavors. This alone would be the perfect pizza, but Little Caesar's is not here to make just "perfect" pizza. No, they ADD PEPPERONI. Yes, pepperoni. It adds the final punch to your tastebuds, knocking them out and into a delicious coma. This pizza is not perfect. This pizza is EPIC. If you don't try the Pretzel Crust Pizza, you will regret it.
I must also thank our local Little Caesar's in Downtown Massillon, Ohio, for always having our orders ready on time and always giving awesome customer service. I am so happy you are less than 10 minutes from my house and on the way to and...
