We showed up and there was only maybe two other tables, possibly three maximum on the side of the restaurant that we were on so they weren't busy at all. We started off by ordering mozzarella sticks which took a horrendous amount of time to come out. We did take a little longer to order our food but once our food was in it took forever to come out. It was ridiculous. We spent our whole lunch break waiting for the food to come out. When the food did come out it was correct. Our waitress was very pleasant. Granted she did not come back to the table as often as I felt she should have. We paid the up charge for the smallest bowl of macaroni and cheese I've ever seen which I was charged $8 for and then we paid an up charge for their sweet potato fries which I literally counted and there was 11 singular fries. I even asked the waitress how much the up charge was considering there was barely any fries on my plate with my chicken sandwich. She took $1 off of each of our sweet potato fries since there was so little. Overall, the experience was awful simply because of how long we had to wait for our food, which is insane to me when they weren't even that busy. I don't understand what the kitchen staff was doing. We will most likely never return because we can't sit there waiting a whole hour for our food. When our lunch break is an hour in itself. The food was good. However you're paying a lot of money for extremely small portions apparently. So be prepared for that. I got a chicken sandwich with 11 sweet potato fries and then the tiniest bowl of mac and cheese...
Read moreI live 8 minutes from this place and have always wanted to try it. I have actually driven there a few times and realized it was Sunday every single time. Of course they are closed on Sundays. Made it there today and was not disappointed. Beautiful place and we were sat in full view of the stone pizza oven. It was torture waiting on our food watching and smelling all of that incredible food come out of that oven but was a very cool thing to see. We were sat right away and we had our drinks and had ordered within 5 minutes. Our salads came out about 5 minutes later with garlic baguettes. Both incredible. Also they bring a hot loaf of warm bread brushed in.butter which was delicious. We had the oven baked spinach and arrichoke dip as an appetizer. It was very creamy. It had just the perfect blend of cheeses. The artichoke and spinach was cooked evenly. Not undercooked or overcooked at all. Just right. We had the Great White Pizza from the stone oven and it was hands down the best pizza I ever had. That's coming from a guy who could eat pizza every day. The only slightly negative was despite being relatively slow and well staffed we had a long lull between our app and pizza. It took about 45 minutes after we ordered to get to our table and since we were sat near the oven I watched it set there for 10 or 12 minutes waiting field our server to bring it 10 feet to us. It did not effect the quality at all. Everything was awesome. Even that small lapse didn't damper our experience at all. Best of all we also had sodas and the check was...
Read moreService was extremely slow!! what took us 1 hr & 45 mins should have taken us maybe 1 hr !! no one greeted us for almost 10 mins after being sat. Which at this point we had already decided on food.. but before I could even get out they we were ready to order the waitress took off.. then she came back at least 10 mins later & brought drinks and finally took our order as I let her know we were ready b4 she slipped away again. She suggested the pork chop which was very very under seasoned and super bland and came with no type of any sauce or anything, the Mac and cheese was not good yeast closer to Alfredo, the beer breaded fish was so thin and the breading did not look beer breaded, fries were cold as if they had been sitting there & were a super small amount for a $4 add on. The French onion soup was very good but they gave us the tiniest tea spoon for it so was hard to eat.. the kids enjoyed their food but it was basic wings and pizza. But very pricey for what you get. Everything is an add on or up charge! Even off the kids menu nothing comes with it paid about 12.50 for a kids pizza including kids drink which was a separate charge no side no nothing. which would normally be well under $10 anywhere else or at very least come with something drink or side. We waited sooo long for the food to come and then it didn’t even all come out at once. We had to ask for refills in which she did not refill 2 of 5 ppls drinks. They weren’t even super busy so don’t know what was going on. First time there and don’t think we...
