This place has the SLOWEST staff ever. 1 veteran and 2 rookies who move like confused snails. Why do you insist in training rookies during rush hour? Not coming back. Iâll go down to Panera where I can get in and out quickly.
Update 10/24/17: Why oh why did I decide to give this place a second chance?
The Target Store is perhaps THE worst-run Starbucks in the Canton-Massillon area. They train new employees during rush hour and they have such turnover that it seems like theyâre constantly training.
This morning, I made the mistake of coming here before work. I had a 5-10 minute cushion to make it to work on time. I went in, saw only one person ahead of me and figured Iâd make it. I also visually browsed their display case for something to eat with my Chai Latte. If what youâre looking for is in the display case, they have it in stock; otherwise, youâre out of luck. I saw a sausage/egg/cheese sandwich that looked good. I placed my order and paid for it with the Starbucks app on my phone.
The barista began making my Chai and I sat down, knowing this is never a quick process at this store. About 3 minutes later, she informed me that she didnât have any more of the sandwiches. I asked why it was still displayed in the case, but she had no answer. She tried desperately to get me to switch to another sandwich, but Iâm not a fan of bacon, so I refused. She again desperately tried to sell me something else of equal value, but I asked for a refund instead. I should have known better...
A refund cannot be made by a lowly barista. Instead, she has to call the floor manager and we had to wait an eternity for this person to waddle over to deal with the refund. I asked to put the refund back onto my virtual Starbucks card on my phone. She blipped my phone some 4 or 5 times in an uneducated and inept effort. Finally, after 15 minutes of inhuman patience, I had had enough and just said âjust give me the cash!â Of course, this was the signal for the Social Justice Warriors in line to lecture me about how a sandwich isnât a big deal. I ignored them, even though I shouldnât have.
Anyway, bottom line is this - if you are looking to kill an hour or two, this is the Starbucks youâre looking for. No one here has a clue what theyâre doing and they move at a snailâs pace. However, if you are in a hurry, DO...
Read moreI went through the drive-thru and ordered a grande pumpkin cream cold brew and asked for not heavy on the cold foam. They hardly put in any, so I didn't want to hold up the drive-thru, so I went inside and asked if they could remake it. When I got my drink there was even less. When I asked the gentleman working if I could have more he was walking away, turned around and argued that it's there it just sinks down. You couldn't see cold foam, just the pumpkin spice sprinkles on top. I said I think we're having a miscommunication and showed him with my hand how much I wanted, and he just stared at me. I was trying to be as polite as possible, but felt embarrassed, so instead of continuing the conversation I just asked for my money back, what she seemed more than happy to do. As if I had done something wrong. Will not be back to this location...
Read moreHave given this place the benefit of the doubt 7 tries to be exact. Everytime we order from here it's never consistent the coffee tastes different everytime. This time I had enough 14.00 for 2 coffees for the 7th time. I went back in clearly you could tell 2 of the same coffees were made completely different, different color different taste for an Iced Brown Sugar shaken espresso. The cashier dark haired women not sure of her name with a beanie on her head was rude when we asked for replacements. Im typically not one to complain but 7 times in a row you can't get these drinks correct and then act like it's my fault you screwed up! Will not be back here! Back to the Target...
