I was really excited to get a chick fil a in massillon, being that it would be closer than going to the one in Belden Village. However, over the months of going to this location, I've been more and more disappointed in the service. Every time I've gone to this location, my meal has been wrong in some way. Either they forget to give me all my food, or it's made wrong. The latest instance was this morning when I stopped for breakfast. I ordered 2 bacon and cheese biscuits with no egg but paid for 2X extra bacon on each biscuit. I checked my order, and there were literally 2 pieces of bacon on each biscuit. I asked the girl at the drive-thru to fix the mistake. Several minutes later, she brings the bag out, and I check the biscuits again. Only to find that the top biscuit on each sandwich was crushed up and falling apart, and the bacon they gave me for the extra I paid for looked undercooked. I parked and went inside where, who I'm assuming was the manager came out and acted like I was a huge inconvenience because I just wanted my breakfast made correctly. This was it for me. Read moreWe have been at this location six times since they opened. Three out of the six times we have had issues. We ask for an egg white grill on a biscuit and two times they gave it to us on a muffin and the tag said biscuit, we took it back to the window and told them the bill said biscuit with an up charge for the biscuit and the tag said biscuit, but we gave it back and it was on a muffin. They appologized, but we left them with the sandwiches. Today we went back and ordered two egg white grills on a biscuit, after waiting approximately ten minutes, the guy came out and said the biscuits weren't cooking properly and could he offer us a muffin. I know there was an up charge for the biscuits. I don't know how much the sandwich is, but everytime I have ordered this sandwich there was always an up charge. They charged us $5.05 per sandwich. We won't be back to this location, even it is right up the street from our house. We will go to the Belden location who can at least provide what is on their menu. Never had a problem there. When I got to the window I was ignored for 5 minutes. Other people behind me were getting their orders and driving away. Finally the guy came out and said, "You have an online order?!" I said yes. He said they never got it. I showed him the order on my phone. He then looked back in the restaurant and saw my order. He asked me my name. I told him. He then acted like I had done something wrong and told me to pull up and wait. When another worker brought out my food 10 minutes later, he said, "Sorry about that."
