FOOD is GOOD but they take way to long for bring food out. If YOU are HUNGRY and DON'T have more than an 1 hour.. Don't go here or do take-out!

I am not the one to write reviews, but here's my feedback. Our office used to ordered very consistently from them but they begun to start taking over an hour for our food orders. No matter how much time in advance you call them to place an order, when you get there, they still make you wait. Which, it can be a huge disadvantage ordering lunch from them. We stop ordering for that reason, but a few days back I decided to order a salad, thinking they can't take too long and they told me in 35 mins, which I decided to give them longer. When I showed up 50 mins later, they still made me wait about 10 minutes!!! This got me frustrated and I decided to politely tell the waitress, I was unhappy with the amount of time they take. She didn't know much to say, which it's okay. That's not her fault, but later that afternoon I got a call from the manager, where he scolded me, instead of being customer friendly and professional. Great food. When you go to a Mexican restaurant often your first impression is the chips and salsa presented before your meal. I was disappointed, the chips were run of the mill, and the salsa was bland. I thought after the first bite I was wasting my time; as there are a number of good Mexican spots right in the area. Thankfully we decided to stick it out. I dined with my mother and my family on this occasion so there was a good mix of dishes ordered each one was really quite good. The kids got qusadillas but instead of cheddar it was queso blanco and they actually tried and enjoyed it. Anytime my kids try something new and actually eat it is a good sign. I had a special for the day, barbacoa and it was excellent, tacos and a soup. It was so good I struggled not to suggest it to people walking in after us. The Mexican food here is mediocre at best. Mexitacos which is a few minutes away is far better. We had the chicken chimichanga, chicken enchiladas, and the steak sopas here. The chicken chimichanga was just ok, and it needed more Mexican flavor. The chipotle sauce on top had zero flavor. The chicken enchiladas were loosely wrapped and weren’t that great. The green sauce on top was good, but it needed more on top. The rice and beans weren’t good at all. The steak sopas were mediocre. They would of been better if they were topped with salsa and refried beans on tops. That’s how they are properly made at most authentic Mexican restaurants. The sopas lacked any flavor.
