Maui Burgers and Maui Shrimp — Restaurant in Maui

The food is good, it lacks little favor but nothing salt and pepper can't fix. Over all good, however the customer service is awful... AWFUL. Last year we came we just put up with it... this year same thing, Last week we went and they said the instructions on a Philly sandwich didn't come up on their end, so yesterday I put in my order and just went to the windows and I tried to explain, he said said... I can read. OK? I just wanted to make sure since the week before he said it didnt come out... just very poor attitudes and still expect tips... yeah no. The owner really needs to know this because again their food is good but yeah this is not going to get my business anymore, Last straw. Hate leaving bad reviews... usually I wont even leave a comment ... but for the amount of money it is for the...

Arrived apparently a little late for the chef's liking, but they were still open and took our order. He about came unglued when I hit the wrong button on the iPad when paying for my order. Overheard him berating the gal who took our order and throwing things around. He stormed out of his truck and clearly walked briskly, scowl on his face to another truck in the park, and back to his truck and slammed the door.

The shrimp was good, but the burgers were a joke. Excellent fries, which is why we can give two stars as opposed to one. I love giving great reviews when warranted, but not this time. My first dining experience on Maui left a horrible taste...

Really bad service, the worker was ignoring me and my family just talking to some people for about 4 minutes but then when we got to the window he very rudely said we’re not taking any orders anymore, we waited about 4 minutes in line without him even nicely telling us that they weren’t going to be taking orders anymore.
