Panda Express — Restaurant in Maui

Hope the manager sees this .... Horrible common sense / customer service skills at the drive thru . I was in line at the drive tru and I overheard that there will be a 10 min wait on a entree. Instead of telling the customer to park at the front and wait the GIRL at the drive tru makes the customer wait at the DRIVE TRU window for 10mins. I noticed a lot of cars were being backed up and started to interrupt with the traffic coming in and out of the shopping center .

10min gone by and it’s my turn . I’d figured I’d mention it to the worker that I’d wait in front . The girl decides to tell me to wait and bolts away like she’s I’m a hurry . I overhear her that the other orders are ready behind me but yet makes me wait 10mins also.

I don’t know .... they should have a proper routine for the drive tru to prevent the cluster that happens when too many cars are waiting in line .

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would!!! Extremely passively RUDE, I felt Rushed, Employees were Not friendly at all and my anxiety started kicking in.. I was so embarrassed that I felt like I was making their Job harder but I was just waiting for my kids to make their order, I asked if the people behind me could pass and they were adamant that I should just order as I go but then that made them rush and got most of our flippin order WRONG!!!!I checked the adult plates before we left and the got my order and my husbands wro g. I felt like a hassle so I only asked them to add the noodles for my husbands plate. I ordered 4 kids and didnt bother to check. They got 2 of them Wrong, Im so upset... Never going here ever again.... Lahaina store is So much more Friendly and the workers are thoughtful, kind and much better atmosphere...

I don't recommend this place, because they have horrible customer service and don't give you enough food for the price!

They have gone very cheap, containers are smaller but prices more expensive and attitude is horrible.

The staff are not friendly at all especially, the server (Mitzelle T) that works there. You asked her to put a little bit more beef in the beef broccoli that she is serving in the paper cotainer and she asks do you want extra? Apparently‌, they want to charge you more for couple more pieces of beef.

She is not friendly at all and has an attitude. She places couple piece of meet and throws the container on the counter, charges and then walks away.

Panda Expres needs to step up with their customer services and the portion of food...
