THIS IS A MUST!!! I took my family here and it was just such an amazing experience. Ambiance was great, food Amazing. What didn't we have? The croquettas the bacalao, chorizo, brushetta, coconut shrimp great! The main entrée I had the filet minion with risotto con Gonzales it was delicious. The drinks 🍸 expresso martini, porn star, this rosemary one I forgot the name top tier. You know what was the best? The amazing time that let us have together as a family. My wife and I were staying in the Mayagüez area and went to Vinum. We went based on the near perfect review scores we saw, and I am glad to say it was that and more. The place is small which is nice for a romantic diner. The place is very clean especially now with COVID protocols. They took our temperature and everything. We were greeted by Raymond, our waiter (who was excellent). I had grouper with a butter reduction with plantain Mofongo. The fish was soft and very tasty and the mofongo was amazing as well. My wife had the 16oz ribeye stake. Let me just say this was the best ribeye we both had tasted in our lives. OH MY GOD! Great ambiance. Music just at the right level . Food was exceptional. Service excellent. As an appetizer I had a plantain cream with coconut, delicious! My husband had Ceviche de Mero, also very good. As for the main meal he had Osso Bucco with Rissotto, my heavens, that was sooooo good!!!
