So let me begin with this so I caught up there and all I could hear was a lot of background noise and I remember the lady before hanging up on me saying I canāt take any calls right now. Placed your order online. Iām the owner and hung up so I called back and told her that was really rude and that I was only five minutes away, so she said I can take your order. Just give me a minute so I get in there. She was very rude. She banned me because I told her that working in the customer service industry you have to have patience. Do you not know as I was walking outside, a white police officer pulled up and I am not racist, but I had to tell what color he was because she came out and told him, sir am I able to have the right as this being my business to ban her like lady he was not just saying that before I paid and purchased my drink. I wish you would have told me that was bad. I wouldnāt never even pulled up. You still service me, though you still took my money, but telling one police officer Iām being I do not have to come back to that store. Then shortly after, the whole crew changed & they kept messing up my order and overcharging me so I started going to one further away - the Clifton (old) crew was amazing. I was in the area so I thought to give this store another chance & I'm glad I did. Although there's yet another group of new young people, Nick was amazing. Although my smoothie wasn't perfect, he tried his best to duplicate my custom order from the past. My wrap wasn't right and he insisted on remaking it and didn't make me feel bad at all for mentioning it. Note: wraps are small š¤¦š¾āāļø but really good if they make them right. We go often to purchase smoothies and usually you have a crew that works together. These 4 girls were all over the place and smoothies were left in the containers for a while before they were poured into the cups, many of us were waiting.
