Burger King — Restaurant in Mayfield

Not sure what is going on with the Mayfield Burger King. The service is very very slow. I can no longer go there to grab a quick lunch and get back to work in a timely manner. I have been through the drive-thru for over a month and the wait time is around 20+ minutes with only 4-6 cars in front of me. The management better wake up and see what is happening... I'm not talking about the shift managers, I'm talking about corporate management. Today I used the drive-through and the order was incorrect. After waiting over 10 minutes for the new order I went inside the store to see what the problem was. Very few employees were to be seen. One employee was deliberately assembling a hamburger very slowly. That employee deliberately took over 2 minutes to assemble a simple hamburger. This was done deliberately. I don't understand it, as short staff as they were, this employee was making the situation worse. Went to BK drive-thru. Tried to yesterday, but was told to "hold on" and was left waiting at the speaker for 5 or more minutes without any further acknowledgement. Managed to get an order today. Unfortunately, 3 Whoppers w/ cheese at an additional 50 cents per slice was left off. 2 of those supposed to have no onions but fail again. Nuggets were undercooked. Bugers tasted like they been swimming in water all afternoon as opposed to that distinct flame broil taste. And tried calling repeatedly to speak with friendly customer service, yet I get an answering machine. I wonder if the giant hole in the building was from a customer who wasted their money as well and couldn't get in touch with anyone up there. I kinda want to do the same. Bet they don't fix it cuz of lack of business. Why fix a broken restaurant with terrible food and zero customer service? I doubtny calls will ve returned. Went out really late for a Whopper fix and it was loaded and fantastic. The kid's working there are very polite will go back very soon. Went back today 4-19-19 at about 4pm went inside and the chick named Angel waited on us and she is the rudest person I think I have seen in the state of Kentucky. She shrugged her shoulders at my husband when he asked if the grilled chicken sandwich was like the K and she was running her hands through her hair and messing with her esrrinea, has finger nail polish on how unsanitary if she is expediting food. Grant you she even said to her friends at the counter she hates working but has too. And flirting with guy's working there. The veggie burger was awesome but I will never go inside again.
