Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Mayfield

We had an over sized heavy girl of Mexican descent or mixed, and she was not dressed appropriately, and was rude, just terribly rude. I’m not joking, and I’m not doing this to be a prick but her shorts where to short for her and she was hanging out, her front side (hmm hmm cough cough) very gross and unprofessional, and zits acne on her face, clean your face, my God your working at a restaurant, facial cleaner doesn’t cost that much. And there was a young Caucasian girl there working along side her, and she was rude also. We tried to ask her a question, and she all but ignored us, until she decided she had to stop and listen, and then she had the poorest manners. This was on July 13, 2024 around 2:30pm. I wish so bad that I could have my hard earned $18.62 back, and I will never stop at this place again. Id vote 0...

This is got to be the worst Sonic I've ever visited in my life. Twice now I've ordered wings and while ordering asked for ranch they did not bring me Ranch and on more than one occasion didn't even bring me straws for my drinks. Forget asking for a grilled cheese because they bring you plain bread it is not toasted or grilled in any way you send it back and that's exactly what you get again. I have never had worse service than this place. Who cannot get a grilled cheese right? They really could not understand the concept and made 3 sandwiches not one of them was grilled in anyway. It was plain white bread each and every time they tried making it. I would give this writing in negative if I could. 1 star is far too...

Have you had the grilled cheese here at sonic... IF YOU HAVEN'T... DO NOT HAVE IT! This is nothing about this particular sonic but I've recently JUST tried it and it is non- arguably the worst sandwich I've ever had. Lolbsah!

This sonic was the best sonic I've ever had the pleasure of giving my money 💰 to UNTIL ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO! Today, I'd say they're in the middle of the pack with their sister restaurants... therefore 1- star. This happens when the management doesn't notice that the customer has noticed a drop-off in service like switching the SONIC BLAST MIX (something wrong with the machine in the middle of summer...?).

Displeased... highly displeased... wondering if my hometown SONIC will rebound to...
