I went through the drive thru because I was in a hurry. I had a certain amount of time to get through there. Anyway. I ordered a nacho supreme and a bottle of water. I got my order and left. As I was driving I looked over at the bag. I said to myself that can’t be right. That bag is too small. It was some sort of hard taco all wrapped up and thrown in the bag. I had to turn around and go back which made me late for where I was going by the way. I took it inside and she saw me walking in. I said this IS NOT what I ordered. She said what did you order. I was like you took my order like 2 minutes ago. No one behind me either. She grabbed the bag and took it to the cook. The cook came back with the right thing and no silverware. So now I have to eat it with no silverware. It’s a to go order. There should always be silverware in the bag for a to go order. I always go there but not anymore. I’m done with Taco Bell...
Read moreOn initial drive through, staff were awesome! Very friendly! However, after we got the food and left we discovered that our order was missing $25 worth of stuff. We went back and they weren't too thrilled by our return. The food we recieved was smashed and thrown together. The cheese cups we recieved were 1/3 filled compared to the one we got on our first order. The Employee who brought us the food ignored us as we thanked him as he hit his vape pen and walked away. (Upon leaving we discovered most of the soft taco Supreme's we ordered had no sour cream.) Also...for some reason they had a lid from the food containers in the kitchen tied to a trash bag and were throwing it out the drive through and dragging it on the ground. Read moreThis location needs a new manager. She has a horrible attitude. I dont eat Taco Bell because I’m vegetarian and heard they had new items and wanted to check it out and she kept rushing me in the drive thru.
She then yells over the loud speaker that they’re on a timer and she doesn’t want to get in trouble for it.
This is rude and unprofessional. I called the Murray location and the staff was helpful and professional in explaining that timer policy and even apologized for this woman’s lack of customer service.
I’m all for being a team player but as a manager you need to learn to relay info and communicate better.
Next time offer customers to come in and look at the menu or to ask if they can view the mobile menu on their phone or Taco Bell’s app bc there is a timer and it counts...
