I came and ordered breakfast which included a fruit cup with no blue berries and extra oranges. I really like oranges so I wanted extra oranges and I didn't care if there was a charge extra for it. I had no problem paying for extra oraanges. I come to the window and ask the employee if they were able to the special order and he says no. Then goes and asks a manager to ask and he comes back to confirm, no they were not able to do it. What other choice did I have? I had no choice but to say okay. I get my order and arrive at my residence to see my order is wrong. At this point, this is the last straw and I'm fed up with it. I return to the restaurant, food still unopened, and bring it to the counter. I didn't even want the food anymore. I requested a refund so that I could take my business to another Chick-fil-A but but the manager said they don't offer refunds. I even tried to work around it. I asked if I could get the credit on a gift card so I could go to another Chick-fil-A but the manager said they only load gift cards with cash. Again, what other choice did I have? I had no choice but to say okay. They redid my order and they even threw in an extra biscuit that I didn't order and another fruit cup. Like really? Read moreI love Chick-fil-A and always get excellent service at other locations. But this location needs to work on their customer service skills. To start with my order was incorrect salad had cheese when it was asked with no cheese. And kids meal was suppose to have fruit cup and they gave me fries instead. Also when my son went to get sun joy one of the managers Isaiah decide to give him sweet tea. When I go again to ask for sunjoy and explain to the manager it not the correct drink he tells me “then throw it away”. I admit I was shocked by his response. I go over to the trash can and pour out the drink. Then he decides to give me sunjoy and of course with a mad look on his face. Then I go to the counter to exchange my son’s toy for an ice cream since he has been standing for almost 10 min waiting for someone to acknowledge him. The workers pass beside me and not one single one asked me if I need something then I tell one of them if he could help then finally I get assistance. Read moreThis chick fil a has the worst customer service. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by what seemed unhappy cashiers. The two cashiers looked our way and didn't greet us much less a smile. Unfortunately, one of the two cashiers took our order. My five year had his hand on the credit card terminal as he was counting the numbers on the key pad. His achievement on counting all numbers correctly was overshadowed by another cashier telling him "don't touch that". Please train the staff to be more tactful. My son wasn't even pressing on the numbers on the key pad. We then had a young man bring our order. We asked for Polynesian sauce , he then counted how many sauces we had then said he would bring more. He never came back with the sauces. No one ever came by to offer refills. So, my wife went to the counter to ask for a refill. Five employees passed her by including the manager. After waiting for help, a cashier finally decided to refill the drink.
