Jack in the Box — Restaurant in McAllen

I stopped here late at night because my little boy was hungry. I normally don’t eat food or buy from Jack-in-the-Box But since it was the only thing open, I stopped here. Everything was fine until I got home and opened the food up. To start off, the chicken nuggets are dark as hell! EVER HEARD OF CHANGING YOUR OIL???? The inner-breading has a gray or dark tone to it. Don’t even get me started on the fries. I had asked for regular fries. They gave me curly fries, which would’ve been fine but they looked like a bunch of crunchy leftover crumbs that are left at the bottom of a batch. I felt bad giving this to my kid. Don’t buy food here. It’s disgusting and a waste of money. Any health regulations in place??? Management needs to do better. Shxxtty quality...

I came to order and since I wasn't familiar with the menu, the girl in drive-thru was very rude, I had also ordered a chicken pita with no tomatoes due to my daughter is allergic to them and the chicken was raw, well not cooked properly and it had tomatoes, we had to share the other meal I ordered. She had such bad consumer service training. I hate how you go to fast food and pay for your food and they can't get it right. If you don't like your job. Don't take it out on your consumers. That is just my opinion. And looking back on the reviews, that lady has had this attitude with alot of other people, why keep a person like that in your company...never again go there. And I will make sure I post this...

8-17-21 when I ordered a new tripple meat, tripple cheese BBQ bacon cheese burger i got 2 meat paddies. This wasn't the only problem.

They offered the burger that came with onion rings. They stated they don't have onions available. I kept asking for e minutes would it be discounted if they didn't have the onions available. Finally after 3 minutes they said onion rings are available.

Terrible service. Didnt asd the right amount of meats, couldn't answer questions. After pay they want people to move forward so they can get a good timer on their machine that I will voucher for, is incorrect. They want people moving off the line to fake...
