Absolutely no regard for their military service customers. I was asked over five times for my name and even showed an ID and my name is still not displayed properly on my account. We spent over five hours in the store initially getting our services activated. While we were there initially the agent who opened our account was to busy revealing all of T mobile employee benefits to my husband and constantly asking for assistance from Mario the store manager. Another location refused to allow me to cash purchase a charger because this store failed to properly put my name on the account. I spoke to Josh another store manager at this location who declined their stores involvement. I advised him my phone was about to die and I needed the issue resolved because my husband was deployed overseas and there was not a way to contact him at the moment. I advised him that I had visited five different wal-marts and two best buys in which non of the stores has them in stocked. He proceeded to advice that me he was so sure Wal-Mart sold the charger I was looking for and I should go there. It is so sad that your own customer gets turned away and sent to Wal-mart, that is an immediate denial to assist a customer. He also put me on Hold for over 10 minutes when I advised him my phone would turn off any minute, what he doesn't know is that I was parked outside the entire time and not once did he approach the employee. I had to call back twice to get him back on the line, which he advised me that the employee had no recollection of ever opening my account but he sure did pocket the earnings he made on the account he opened for us with over five lines. The majority of your customers are Hispanic and your going to forget the only interracial couple you have ever serviced? Because the employee who opened our account specifically said he has never had a "black person" in his store. Not only does this store have no regard for their military family they are also racist against black people. Please so not waste your time...
Read morePlease go to a different T-Mobile venue. The employees are incompetent, they go against each others word (yes their own team members), and 2 out of 4 employees I dealt with gave horrible customer service and can care less how long you’ve been a valued T-Mobile customer. There are many other T-Mobile venues in the areas. I highly recommend the one on 10th and Trenton. They are more polite and display common sense and follow the same guidelines, they don’t pick and choose. I went in 1 week ago, my phone lost audio, employee and supervisor said it was covered under warranty as they examined my phone and no physical damage. Two employees examined it and ordered me a new one and said I qualified for warranty and didn’t have to run insurance. I called yesterday (one week later) and they reassured me my phone was in to drop by and pick. Today, the guy who greeted me said well I have to check if phone is in, I said I called and he said yeah but sometimes if you don’t get a text means it not here I said “I spoke to someone yesterday Via phone, they said it’s here”. He didn’t get it since beginning. Then the girl who helped me after him examined my phone again, even though it had already been examined that’s why they had ordered me a phone, said my phone was probably wet. I said it hadn’t and had been checked last week and I proceeded to tell her the last employee had said IPhone 7 have this common mechanical error having to do with not being able to hear the caller on other end, she said “no, they are known for AUDIO issues” 🤦🏻♀️That’s what not being able to hear callers has to do with “AUDIO”. Again incompetent, bottom line no switch out for my phone was made, they claimed either prior workers didn’t check the phone (which they did) or that I submerged my phone this week while I waited for this phone to arrive. I’ve been at work daily no time to take my phone on a scuba diving endeavor. Never again will I deal with them. Got everything sorted elsewhere and it WAS a...
Read moreI stopped at this TMobile location on the way to my Mom’s house due to issues with my phone, right away I was greeted and acknowledged by JP Salinas, it’s always nice to be greeted. As soon as he checked my phone he knew exactly what was happening, long story short he was able to file an insurance claim for me. When they called me that my new phone had arrived I went back and was greeted by Monica Mascorro who went beyond my expectations to make sure my new phone was working properly before I left the store, in the midst of waiting for the transfer process Sofia Amaya came by and introduced herself and took over the phone she was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered. I also want to thank Erick Moreno for his patience with me and being able to make this transition as easy as possible for me. JP and Monica you guys have great staff members and an Awesome Team here at this location, Thank you once again for helping and assisting me throughout...
