I went in to pay my loan off on laptop. I opened my laptop and the screen looked cracked in the left and right upper corner. I told manager about the damages. Manager said they would have it fixed. It's been almost 2 weeks and still without laptop and no repairs have been done. I complained to managers. Managers didn't know anything. I told them I have been waiting and I called on last Monday. I was told they got the new screen in and all they had to do is send it out to be replaced. I came in today the 7th of April 2017 and no repairs were done. Manager said she would look for a place to do the repairs. I suggested to send it to Best Buy Geek Squad where I bought it. Geek Squad is trust worthy and have good reputation. She said she would ask her Area Manager on Monday the 10th. I am to call her then to find out about where my laptop will be sent to be repaired and when I will get it back. This is very aggravating and disappointing. I expected a good level of care for storage of my laptop and to receive it undamaged. I expect them to have good responsibility and repair my laptop in a decent amount of time but was disappointed because I am still waiting for them to have it repaired. I will write another comment to fill in people of the outcome. I hope it's good.

I asked to speak to the manager and she was busy so I talked to the DM named Tony Vazquez. What a horrible customer service experience I had. He was just leaning against the wall using his cellphone not even worrying of what was going on. Finally he stepped in but he was the most rude manager I've dealt with. Instead of de-escalate the situation it just made more mad. Positive about this is that when I spoke to the store Manager Dolca what a difference on treating customers. She right away offered to help me and explain what was happening. She made feel so much at ease and thank you so much for a great experience . That's what I called a great manager and she has great customer service skills. Hopefully this will get to the Regional Manager and corporate so they will know what kind of employees they have.    Read moreI was looking for a bike and got to go home with one. The lady who helped me was very nice and helpful with my needs. I didn't catch her name, but I appreciate very much that she helped me take home what I was looking for.
As began to look around, my eyes set upon the leather jacket section and i was visibly intrigued. I appreciated how Jennifer was engaging and caught on that I was Interested in an amazing, Marlon Brando style leather biker jacket, (which was very affordable and a catch if you can fit into a large; I would have bought it too had it not fit too small).
She has a very good sales approach and I can tell she is attentive to her customers. I had the pleasure of conversing with her briefly, and i would onestly recommend that if you have any questions, she is a very capable employee that will certainly help you out and understand what you are looking for.
