I LOVE Forever Icecream. First off, the owners are such kind, friendly, and lovely people! This is my family’s favorite place because all the sweets are so good plus the owners are such welcoming people. We hired them for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We had mangonadas, paletas, elote with toppings and my guests went crazy. It was a hit! They brought everything in a cute fancy cart and set up very nicely. The ice cream is great, but the overall quality of experience varies depending on who serves you. This is the second time that I ask for the covered popsicle. The first time was a good experience which made me want to come again but the service was not consistent. An older woman made it this time. Could’ve been the owner. She only added pecans to the first half of the popsicle on both sides. I expected it to look like the advertised poster so I was disappointed. We came and ordered two chicharones preparados and two agua frescas. The chicharones had like sopos of cold beans (that tasted out of a can) not refired or at least spread out evenly, same with the crema, and just super blahhh like if a 5 year old prepared them. The agua frescas were on point have to be honest. (But not worth the almost $30.00) Customer service tho is slacking as well, took a few min to be acknowledged and no basic manners like please and thankyous. Oh and I don't know why they sell (expired) dog and cat dewormers from Mex. I think you need a license for that but maybe not. If you do buy it...
