Helium Trampoline Park — Attraction in McAllen

I reserved a party for 15 jumpers, and when I asked how many tables they said I would have 3. I asked well how many people will fit because I wanted to ensure all my guests regardless of the amount of jumpers would have a seat. The man said I could fit 40-50 people. Today, I show up and they had given us 3 small picnic style tables that could fit about 18 people. I told the host there’s no way we will fit. She said to ask the manager if one of the rooms was still available or for more tables. He proceeds to give us 3 more tables. Once it was time to pay for our reservation, the Gentleman tells me they told you about the 30 jumpers right since you asked for more tables. I said mmm no, I had 15 jumpers. Why would I need to pay for 30. Well you asked for more tables and you are using space that we could for others—mind you no one showed up to try and use that space. The manager tells the cashier to tell me (despite him being two feet over) that I Can pay 50.00 for each extra table then. Tell me what kind of establishment is this one that makes up prices and rules after the fact. The managers were rude and came off as extremely inconsiderate. I don’t think I will come back here again and do not recommend anyone to make a reservation for a party. Jump around for days, Helium is great! The storefront from the parking lot is super inviting, colorful, just the right amount of eye candy to get you to come inside. Once you get in, you have the great sense of a open concept, fun and exciting place. You get a quick service at the counter where they explain to the prices, the timeframe you’re allowed to Jump Around, help you with size of the socks, just a great sense of good customer service and attentiveness. They have an amazing open area, to take your shoes off and put your socks on, and store your shoes in the cubbies. The vending machines have a variety of things for you to choose from, drinks and snacks. The platform itself as you will see from my pictures are very clean and colorful and as a result, all you see is smiles and excitement. There’s also a space to host some birthday parties, just an all-around great place for kids and families and people of all ages. Definitely got to come check this place out, don’t miss out and stay tune for a new adventure. I called this establishment to book a party for my daughter, and they left me on hold for an hour. I live about 25 minutes from there, so I decided it would be faster to drive there rather than to remain on hold. I proceeded to drive there and spoke to "the manager." Booked the party and paid my deposit. The manager said he had no parties for that day and that I was the first one and that I would have one of the rooms in the back area. I arrived the day of the party to find out they reserved 2 picnic tables nowhere near where I was told I was going to be. If I could have changed the invites, I would have. I was livid! I ended up sharing a room with another party because the manager claimed he was so busy that night I went he "forgot" to book my party. He did nothing to make us feel that we were important he just "threw" us somewhere. I will never go back to this establishment, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It was a total disaster and embarrassment to me and my family for the guests that we had. If the rating had a 0 star, I would've clicked that option. On top of this, the place was filthy. Restrooms...
