Worst experience I've had at a target location! Every other target I've been to has been nothing but exceptional customer service and extremely friendly staff, but not this one. I called before hand to make sure an item was in stock because I live about 30 minutes away. They took forever to answer they just kept putting me on hold never did they pick up the phone to tell me I was going to be put on hold. After about 15 minutes I hanged up and called again this time they didn't put me on hold, they picked up the phone and hanged up right away. I called for the third time and again was put on hold and after 10 minutes of holding someone finally picked up. They said they had the item in stock and just to make sure I asked how many they had and she replied with there's about 5 so I asked her if they can put one on hold for me that I should be there in a few minutes. So when I got there the item was not on hold and it turns out they had been out of stock since the day before. I provided the DPCI number trough the phone and she assured they had some. The lady was very rude about it and trying to blame me. Another employee from the toys department was suppose to get an item for me from the back and he never came back, after 20 minutes of waiting I asked another employee and he came back with the item in less than 10 minutes! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered two things earlier today and picked them up curbside then when I picked them up the guy was twirling the bag like ok itās supposed to be a shirt and some insoles but still why twirl the bag⦠anyway when I got home I looked in the bag for my things and one ONE item was there⦠and my shirt was all balled up like what happened to nicely folding a clothing item so it wonāt wrinkle⦠š¤ I checked to see if I got charged for both maybe I overlooked it and it wasnāt in stock⦠yes I was charged but it wasnāt in the bag⦠I live quite a distance away so I called not once or twice but 4. TIMES!!!! DID NOT GET AN ANSWERā¦.How inconvenient I looked to see if it was a peek time⦠and no it said āa little busyā why didnāt they pick up then⦠now I will have to drive all the way back there (20-30mins)⦠shoot Iām tired which is why I did curbside now I have to go back⦠I love Target but this was the WORST experience ever⦠I needed these items...

Trying to check out using the Self checkout and this worker grabs the scanner from me and yells at me "Don't play with it" and then proceeded to tell me the technical reasons why it causes a hassle for her. She then rudely told me to get away to another checkout. I didn't get her name (too bad), but ill look for her when i come back and get it. I could've been very rude back but i held back the urge, lucky her. Rest assured I reported it and next time ill get her name, hopefully she'll be rude next time too. I understand that the self checkout was closed, but this is my first time at this Target and am not familiar. I understand it can cause a minor inconvenience, but that is how customer service is.
