I am not one to post my life experiences but my experience with rooms to go was horrible coming from the delivery service department. Their floor staff and managers from the main store are excellent, friendly and very helpful. I had purchased 2 bedroom sets from them. Due to inventory status I had 2 different deliveries set in place. Due to 2 different deliveries dates I was told on the second delivery date I could have everything set up which included the first delivery. And of course when the day came for delivery a damn excuse came from the delivery service stating they didnāt have time to do it. They didnāt have time for a service I paid for and for an agreement that was told to me when I purchased them. I mean damn I paid a good amount of money for the bedroom sets to be delivered and set up and come to find out I have to do it. I might as well delivered the furniture my damn self. Shout out to the managers who helped me and tried their best to get the delivery team to assemble my bedroom set. Like I said rooms to go deliver service was horrible 0 stars and I would not recommend paying the fee they charge for delivery and set up. When it finally got here I tried setting up the bed but I found out that the hardware was missing . I called customer care and they told me that I would take 3-10 days for me to receive the hardware. They finally agreed to ship the hardware over night . I waited for the hardware to arrive the next day but it never did. I called customer care the next day and the lady on the phone told me that the hardware was out of stock ! They would have to pick up the bed that was delivered and send me another bed because the hardware comes in the box. They couldnāt just open a box up and get the hardware and send it to me . Then they said that it would take two weeks for the bed to be shipped. The lady on the phone said that she would ask her supervisor to maybe move the shipping date up . I asked to speak to the supervisor. I was put in hold then I was told that the supervisor had step away from her desk . Now Iāll have to wait till Monday to call back . This is very unprofessional. There sure wasnāt a delay when they took my $2,000 dollars. Definitely the last time I shop at...

That if I would like I could look around the store and see if anything of my interest that he will come later to me and ask me. He did come back to me once and ask me if he could help me now. Finally when I found something that grabbed my attention I went up to him and ask him the prize of a recliner he just gave me the prize of $499 and then he walked away. In reality I wanted to ask him about the whole living room set it was a blue one to be exact. I think it was like $1649.00 for a 9 piece. But I wanted to see what the 9 piece included. But he seemed to be busy or helping another customer. Maybe that other customer was going to make a purchase right there and then.
