Subway — Restaurant in McAllen

Awful costumer service.... I do not want to return here. I was ignored multiple times when building my sandwich. I was not asked if that would be all; therefore, was left standing while they took peoples orders who arrived later than I. My order wasn’t even taken correctly since the girl kept not understanding so I had to rise my volume yet she didn’t care to actually even get it right and simply ignored me. The music was also blasting so maybe that had something to do with it. I am so disappointed:/ there wasn’t even proper social distancing...

Very bad customer service from the young lady at night shift. I sat down at 9:15ish to have my 6” sub and she asked me to leave because “lobby closes at 9pm”. No where on their door hours sign does it say it closes at 9pm. It says online that dine in and take out are from 9am -10pm. She also used the same clear gloves she was cleaning with to make me my sandwich. Very unprofessional and rude. She may fool management but no customers. DO...

I ordered the #15 Titan Turkey with avocado, spinach and honey mustard, and it was delicious! Unfortunately, the churro was hard as a brick and the footlong pretzel was burnt. Both were completely unedible. When I attempted to call the store several times around 3 pm, nobody would answer. Money wasted on poor quality and poor service.
