Gorditas Doña Lula — Restaurant in McAllen

HORRIBLE customer service. Rude, rude, rude ladies with permanent mad at the world faces got multiple things on the order wrong. Several of the fountain drinks didnt have syrup. We asked for a Jamaica instead BECAUSE they were "too busy" to change the syrup and they charged us for it. When we asked them to fix our order, they were completely unapologetic and tried to insinuate we were the ones that asked for it that way. To add insult to injury, the entire time they were preparing our order, the "cook" was yelling loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear her complaining about another coworker who was late or missed work and how she is the one that always has to cover for everyone and was complaining about her hours and her job. She kept saying how she was the best one out of everyone. If that's the truth, I do not intend to go back to this location anytime soon. If I do, I'll make sure these ladies aren't the ones behind the counter because their behavior...

Friendly service, price is on point, but best part is the food, had 2 gorditas de rajas con queso, the tortilla was fresh and homemade, reminded me of how grandma did it, you can tell the difference between homemade and store bought, the order did take a little while, and that is good , you can't rush good food, its either fast and okay.
