I went to this south location in south 10 McAllen at 4::55am today 04/13/23 and it took 20 minutes to get my breakfast tacos with uncooked and dry potatoes. Staff was not ready at all when I got to window to pay. They were counting money multiple times taking very long. Kitchen didn’t seem to be ready at all. I expressed to them in a Spanish I had to to take someone to the hospital to have a surgery and they didn’t really care. When I finally said just give whatever you have ready. They gave uncooked and dry potatoes that obviously I wasn’t not going to eat. Computer system staff member said was down, big area of improvement for Technology Dept.. Also, staff members were mostly young men, I didn’t see a matured adult male or female supervisor to have been on duty. If this location is open 24 hours then kitchen staff should start extremely early to have everything ready for early breakfast time. Unpleasant experience! Do not come this early to order breakfast tacos or order online or thru phone 30 minutes early!...
Read moreI was with a friend and we loved the service from Mr. Candelarrio. He was not only awesome, he was but wonderful, and also made us feel at home and i wanted and wish I can appreciate him in every and in any way possible to make sure he becomes someone more and special in this world. I can speak about the food being good...but it's no way near how wonderful he made me (Joe) feel. I loved the way he would check up on us and make us feel like we are family. I hope he becomes someone special in the future because I will continue to come back for more. I wish I would have left him the 100$ tip like I wanted, but I was hurried up and had to leave. I love his way of being and hope he becomes more in life. Best wishes forever. Joe M. 😃😃😃🔥 If I ever see Mr. Candelarrio again I will personally give his 100$ because I love him so much and wish I can be attended by him forever. 🤩 I hope the owner reads this! He has to be MORE!!! He has to be more than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loved...
Read moreIf I ordered my food in English through the drive-thru, they should repeat it in English through the speaker and when I'm at the window to pay. You guys mumble your Spanish so damn fast at the window, I couldn't understand if you had my order correct. You should face me (not at your screen) and say it loud and clear. Thanks to that, my order was incorrect and I'm pretty upset about it. If I cross the border into Reynosa, walk a few steps to the closest store, grabbed some items, walked to the cashier, and in English I ask what I want behind the counter they would give me a curious, pissed off look and demand me (in Spanish) to speak to them in Spanish. We aren't a few steps from the border, so please... if you hear someone place an order in English, respond in English, communicate loud and clear, know your numbers (three doesn't sound like uno... for crying put loud three almost sounds like tres), and don't get upset when someone here speaks to you in...
