The mango bubble smoothie I ordered turned out to be an absolute disaster, leaving me severely disappointed and frustrated. Priced at a hefty $8, it was the worst boba smoothie I have ever had the misfortune of encountering.

First and foremost, the drink lacked any resemblance to a smoothie. It tasted more like flavored water than a creamy, indulgent treat. The lack of mango flavor was utterly disappointing, rendering the entire experience flat and unsatisfying. It felt like a complete waste of my hard-earned money.

Moreover, the preparation time was exasperating. I had to endure over 10 minutes of waiting, only to receive a subpar beverage that I ultimately threw straight into the trash can. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable.

I strongly advise the owner of this establishment to take a good, hard look at the quality of their products. Customers deserve far better than what was presented to me. The mango bubble smoothie I received was an utter disgrace, failing to meet even the most basic expectations.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a “Chai” tea through the drive thru and confirmed my order with the young lady multiple times. Then, when I arrived at the window , the lady took my payment , and came back with a “Thai” tea. When I politely told her it’s not what I ordered she said there was nothing they could do, and there was no refunds. I then asked if she could please call her manager because I was being forced to take a drink that I did not order, or leaving without my refund, and the manager proceeded to tell me that the order was final and I could not get anything else made because the owners keep tab of the powder, cups, milk, etc. All I wanted was for my drink to be remade to the correct one, or a refund .after 40 minutes of talking to the manager on the phone, they finally proceeded to make me another drink, but ended up giving me the same cup that she had originally written “Thai” on it, they just rinsed it and made a new drink. 🤮 I never had a problem before...

Please don’t ever come here . Last time I came for 2 crepes and the 2 cars behind me received their boba drinks before me , I guess just because it’s easier and takes shorter time to make ? I was very upset .
