The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately that was the only good thing about this hotel. The room was not very clean, there were stains on the bed, walls, carpet and shower curtain. The floors didn’t look very clean either, I made sure not to walk around barefoot, as there was some white stains all around the carpet and it looked dirty. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there was dried wet toilet paper stuck to the floor by the tub behind the door, the shower curtain was old and torn & I can tell it hasn’t been replaced/washed in awhile. There was some nasty looking brown smudge on the shower curtain which could be either feces or chocolate, I wasn’t trying to find out which however it wasn’t a stain, it was clearly left there by another guest or person & never cleaned. Also their were tons of tiny black ants all over the bathroom sink, despite me washing them away & wiping it down everyday. There was also a missing headboard lamp and the other one had something screwed in to prevent a lightbulb from being in there so you had to turn off all the lights and walk in the dark to get into bed. Very inconvenient. Also the bathroom was extremely tiny. Definitely was mislead by the pictures on the website/app. By far the worst condition Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed in. I was honestly shocked, not what I’ve come to expect from a holiday inn, maybe a motel 6 or red roof inn, but not...
Read moreDon't be fooled. First of all, the picture you see of the hotel here and on the Holiday Inn webpage is FAKE!! It belongs to another hotel. Below you will see the real picture of this old, ugly and dirty hotel.||The building used to be a Drury Inn hotel in the past, from the 80's or 90's. To change it to Holiday Inn they only did minor modifications, so the building and installations are still old, dirty and ugly. I'm really surprised that IHG accepted this facility to comply their minimum standards. Now you understand the reason they place another hotel's picture.||The service was really bad. When we checked-in there was not toilette paper at the room so I went down to the front desk to ask for it and the manager offered to bring it later. No one brought it, so I came down again and when I complained about it, the manager argued she was really busy and was not able to bring it (when she originally offered to do it). The breakfast was totally crap. The room was supposed to have 2 TV screens but there was only one, the other one was missing. After we checked in (before I reported no toilette paper in the bathroom), the cleaning lady got in to our room without knocking the door. A total mess!!||No one had an idea how to...
Read moreSo we called to make sure everything was good and ready before we booked since they were just opening. Of course they said yes everything is good to go and the pool is open etc. So we booked and went. When we checked in they said the pool wasnt available. Might seem like a small thing but after over a year of quarantine and a pandemic that was a highlight for us. We were upset. They made it right by upgrading us to a suite. Cool. We stayed for three nights. The first two nights the water was barely warm and the bathtub was leaking water all over the floor. When we did get to use the pool we walked down the hallway, which is carpeted and it was flooded and soaked wet from a leak coming from the ice machine. After the second night it smelled really bad due to the heavy and constant water leak. They did call and try to move us but we were leaving in the morning so that would have been more Hassel. The pool wasnt the cleanest and it's an old pool but the water felt great and the weather was good so we enjoyed it. In the end they gave us a huge discount to make it all right and we appreciated it. They just have things to touch up still but they were working on it. We would stay there again if we were headed back...
