My son and I visited Wing Daddy's Sauce House on two occasions. I really liked the burger on the first visit and I wanted to see if they could repeat. On the first visit we met Gus the GM, he was most gracious and hospitable. He even brought my son a wing sauce sampler of six different flavors. So, we started with an order of fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. Pickles were perfect, and we really liked their Ranch dressing as well. Cheese sticks could have used more time in the hot oil. They lacked golden color and had absolutely no cheese stretch. I will give them props on the dipping sauce, marinara plus, and definitely kicked up!! Burgers and wings arrive, looking good man!! I ordered the Hatch Green Chile Smash Burger. Basically two smashed patties covered in Queso sauce, and topped with diced green chilies. What I really liked was how piping hot it was and the beef flavor mixed with all the cheese and chilies. The bun being used is on point. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes, they were served on the side. I didn't use them because the tomatoes were already turning and the lettuce was one big piece of the outer leaf that was too rough looking for me. My son ate his wings up, sauce wise he split them in half, Tangasaurus sauce, and the other half Garlic Parm. We enjoyed the fries on both visits, even tho on the second visit my fries were darker than my sons. On the second visit my son ordered the same wings he ordered on the first visit and again major thumbs up. Also, he wanted to make sure I let everyone know that the wings are crispy. This second time I ordered the Sauce House Smash Burger. A double patty, bacon and cheese burger, with thousand Island dressing. This burger comes with shredded lettuce and tomatoes, which were fresh this time. The burger was delicious and I would come back again for either one. The second burger was not as fresh off the grill as the first , the first one I could hardly bite. Although it could have be the cheese sauce that kept it hot. Honestly, I felt as I was eating, that the cooks timing was a little off in plating up. Like my burger and fries were waiting on the wings. It's all good, because it was really good again. Service was definitely better the first visit, we never had to ask for anything. This visit was waiting for a glance from our server so we could somehow signal for service. If you want to watch football and eat wings or any of the many menu items available, this is the place to come because besides the food there are plenty of TVS. There are even TVS outside to watch. Anyways, I'm sure it won't be long until my son wants to go back...

Tried this place for the first time today, because it's about 3 minutes away from me. $75 for the order, which was an 8pc chicken strips, 10pc bone-in wings, some fried gator app, french fries, and their "sleezeballs" which are basically a stuffed tator tot by the description.

Got it home, and not a single item was crispy. The fries were soggy, limp, and pale, and being crinkle-cut, crispiness should be the expectation. The tots felt like they might fall apart under their own weight if we picked them up, and were mushy to the touch. The gator was equally soft and mushy to the touch. The chicken strips started losing their breading as soon as we picked one of them up. The wings look shriveled and wet, like the underside of a piece of fried chicken that's been sitting in its own grease for too long, except this is even the top side of them that looks that way. It seems like the oil was not the right temperature, and they started absorbing oil and never came to the proper fried crispiness, across the board.

Adding 1 star back because the ranch has a decent flavor, and we ordered some extra sauces on the side to try. We're having to re-fry everything, though, which is a shame, because we're gonna lose any sauce coating on any of the chicken in the process, and I don't even expect the breading to survive, as it's already so soft and falling off, that the oil agitation is probably going to...

Went in for the wings and the waitress was friendly. a mistake was made on my order because of a limited time flavor. the waitress genuinely apologized said it was her second day and hadn't been told of the promotion. she says to keep the wings and the kitchen will make and pack the right ones to go since it was just about closing time. shortly after the manager comes over and says he still get me the wings to go, that the waitress is new and it was her fault, but he has to take the wings he already served me back because I only paid for so many. Appetite lost because of this "manager", putting down his servers, walking back what they said and making negative service recovery. I tell him to just pack up all my food. I apologize to the waitress since her service wasn't bad she was just new and clearly poorly taught by a bad supervisor. I paid, (full price) tipped her out and apologized to her for having to work for a bad boss and left the dust of that place...

Horrible experience from start to end. We were served burnt bitter tortilla chips which never should have even made it past the kitchen as you can clearly see them. Then my drink from the bar arrived and it had what seemed to be a paper sticky label from a bottle or beer floating around. This was noticed when I sipped it and had paper in my mouth so it was not very pleasant. Lastly, I ordered the appetizer sampler as my meal and it arrived with mounds of grease just sitting in there on the paper. I understand this is fried food but this was not edible unless you love soaked soggy greasy food. Even upon paying I was unimpressed by the tacky wording on the receipt stating they were hiring daddy’s girls or something of that nature.
