UPDATE 10/22/25 I am changing my review from a five star to a one star because we went recently and the menu options had changed so drastically that they’re not even remotely close to a five star anymore. The sandwiches are frozen, quick microwavable 2 inch in size that I literally took two bites to eat my sandwich and it was gone! The kicker? The prices are still the same!!!!! The thing that brought us to the drive-thru was the made-to-order sandwiches. They were large. They were flavorful and so good! The other thing I always looked forward to was getting the yogurt parfaits and the açai bowls. Having the healthier choices is what kept bringing us back. Now we get processed microwavable two bites sandwiches with no healthy options!! So disappointing! We will not be back unless and until the old menu is back! I was here a few weeks ago and got an iced chai latte and a sleeve of bacon. The chai was very flavorful (unlike some competitors) and NPL has the best breakfast bacon around so figured Chillin’ probably used the same and it seemed to be. I went back again this weekend and was disappointed in their new grab and go food menu. The bacon, egg, & gouda on ciabatta was smaller than expected and the bacon was formed in a round shape so knew it wasn’t prepared in house. I understand the need to be fast and get folks in and out but I sure do hope they reconsider their food offerings. Also my medium iced chai was filled to the top with ice. I understand different folks are making different drinks every time so hopefully that isn’t their standard going forward or I’d ask for light ice.
