I often come here for food, but there have always been problems—mobile orders often fail, wait times are long, drive-thru orders are sometimes missing items.
Even when I pay extra for sauces, they're missing. Prices keep rising, portions are shrinking, and quality is inconsistent. Despite this, I usually just accept it without complaint.
However, on July 20, 2025, around 4 PM, I ordered a large iced coffee via mobile and selected “light ice” in the app. While waiting, I clearly saw the staff fill the cup with a full amount of ice. When I asked at the window if it was made with light ice, the employee holding my coffee stared at me silently for nearly two minutes, refused to hand it over, and looked like he were about to attack me.
I felt deeply disrespected. Still, I asked for the drink, took it, and left to avoid blocking the line. But the first sip shocked me, it tasted like overly sweet sugar water with soooo much creamer, no coffee flavor at all.
Because of one employee’s seemed to be in a bad mood, I was treated unfairly and received a product that tasted awful. I returned to report this to the manager, but instead of an apology, the manager simply said, “The worker near window is...
Read moreI stop at this McDonald’s in Wexford frequently since it’s right on my way to work. Unfortunately, one of the managers there is consistently rude and makes the experience unpleasant.
This morning, while at the drive-thru window, I had an old cup with melted ice water in it and casually emptied it onto the pavement. The manager immediately scolded me through the window with, “You know I’ll have to clean that up.”
First of all, it was just water — on asphalt. There’s nothing to clean. Second, even if it were an issue, there’s a better, more respectful way to communicate that: something like, “Excuse me sir, could you please not do that because one of our employees will have to clean up the water you just spilled outside of our building.”
This type of attitude seems to trickle down to the rest of the staff. Many of the employees seem absolutely miserable — and honestly, I don’t blame them if this is the kind of management they’re dealing with every day.
I’ve let a few off mornings slide in the past, but this kind of behavior is becoming the norm. It makes me seriously reconsider stopping here anymore. A little courtesy and better leadership would make a world...
Read moreI just left the drive thru, the gentleman taking my order made a mistake, he asked me to hold on. 3-4 minutes later he said to drive up to the window. I get up there and there are 3 younger people hanging out, the one that took my order did because the order is over $10 he couldn't delete her needed a managers fingerprint and he could not find him. I said I was coming in I would speak to him in person. Walk up to the counter, the kids all group together by the windows, one says watch out she's coming in with a crowbar. I said excuse me? That finally got a gentleman's attention at the counter. Rude, would not stop interrupting me, asked for corporate and he said they are not corporate. I said someone had to own them, finally have me her name, had to ask dont him to write it down. He said he was trying to help, which not once did he ask. He said he haff other things top worry about with the salads all being recalled and all the kids running around. Im sorry, yes I was livid, but the manager was defensive and his tone of voice was not of a manager. Would...
