Don't forget to ask for your peanuts! They don't do buckets anymore, but they will bring you a bag. Had to wait about 20 minutes for a seat, no big deal. They take your number and text you. Received the text, go to the counter and told to sit back down. Did so and then waited another 5 minutes. When we were seated, the bench was wet but didn't realize it until I could feel it through my pants. We got a menu while we waited and knew what we wanted to order by the time we were seated. Waitress showed up fairly quickly and took our drink order, brought them back and took food order. We ordered a cactus bloom (brought to the table from someone other than our waitress), it came out quickly, it was COLD, the bowl was hot but there was no way that it was just made. Waited and waited and waited for our waitress to come around to let her know and send it back (I'm telling you it was COLD), waited about 10 mins and decided to just eat it! Waitress showed up and asked if we were done with it, less than 1/2 eaten. I told her it was COLD when we got it and we wanted to send it back for a hot one but she didn't come by to let her know. She simply took the bowl and said she'd let "let them know in the back". Food arrived delivered by someone other than our waitress. Steak, baked potato and corn. Steak was cooked to medium for the most part, one half was well done and one was medium, but it was ok, smothered in mushrooms. Chicken Critter Salad no bacon: COLD chicken, just like the onion the chicken was cold. I assume it sat while waiting on the steak. I actually checked the time for this one, and waited 23 minutes until we saw the waitress again. By then I pushed the chicken to the side of my salad and just ate the salad part. If it was baked chicken and not crispy I wouldn't have minded. Bu the time we saw our waitress the steak meal was just about gone and half the salad was eaten, waiting on a take out container. Waitress showed up and said "didn't you like your salad" and I again told her the food was cold but she didn't come back to check. I also flagged down a different waiter to get our waters refilled. So who get the tip - I hope they split it? Hostess seated us. The waitress took our order, brought our initial drinks, peanuts and a take out container, told us how to check out on the table machine, said she'd be back to see if we needed help, but never showed up. Someone else brough the appetizer, Someone else brought the food, someone else cleared most of the dishes, someone else cleaned the tables and floor (with the exception of the menu and napkins that were under our table). No deduction for the cold food on the bill!

Definitely check your steak before eating, especially if it is smothered. My wife’s ribeye was smothered with onions and mushrooms, and had a charred piece of solid wood in it. I showed this to the manager that was bringing back chicken because of another mistake (we requested grilled chicken to be plain due to dietary restrictions, they forgot and covered in bbq) and the only comment/reply that was made was “would you like us to take your steak back?” I assumed some response from a manager (or employee) would have a sense concern, or even apologetic, but all of this was completely absent. That was almost as surprising as finding wood in the steak. Besides these hiccups, we understand things happen and mistakes can be made, they also brought our daughters steak bites out 10-15 minutes later after all of our other meals arrived. (they forgot, we had to ask 3 times). By the time it was brought out and the plate was too hot to sit in front of our 3 little kids we had to turn it away as we already split up our other four meals to feed her. I can’t see us returning to this location, at least not as a family, maybe a date night, but chances are slim. There is room for improvement and hopefully this review sparks the corrective actions that need to occur both safety and service related. On a positive note, both of our steaks were cooked correctly and tasted great, and our three little ones enjoyed the chicken/our steak that was shared.

Had such an amazing experience here at this specific Texas Roadhouse location today, July 25, 2025. I was so glad we didn't have to wait a lot to get seats. I think it just took us about 5 minutes until we got seated on a busy Friday night. Our server, whose name I can't remember but based on the receipt, is 'Jocelyn,' was really great and kept checking on us about our food or if we needed something. Kudos to her great service! My husband and I ordered the following: 'Wild Strawberry Lemonade,' cheese fries, chili, country fried chicken, grilled BBQ chicken with ribs, buttered corn, seasoned fries, and mac and cheese. Everything was exceedingly delicious. This is perhaps my favorite restaurant, as I found the best-tasting Texas-inspired foods here that I can't find somewhere else. Thanks so much for the complimentary bread rolls with that signature honey or cinnamon spread and the peanuts with the shells on. They are absolutely great to eat on their own! The atmosphere in this location was very cozy and clean. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is the best restaurant to visit and eat at! You won't be disappointed. Great food, great service, nice atmosphere, and your tummy and mood will be super happy! 🤗👌🏼

We came at 8pm on Sunday August 24th. Texas Roadhouse is our favorite restaurant and we almost always leave feeling satisfied. This location however did not meet the standards that we have come to expect from the roadhouse, unfortunately, and it’s unlikely we will return. I ordered a bowl of chili with my steak, which I had to send back because i picked 5 French fries and a piece of macaroni out of it. Then when my 16oz sirloin came, which was supposed to be cooked medium, it was completely red and raw on the inside. I’m fairly certain it was a frozen cut of meat based on home cooked the outside was versus how raw the inside was. The manager brought out my refired steak at which point I told her about the tainted chili and about how our server hadn’t come to see us even once since the order was taken. We needed refills and sauces and other things. My girlfriend couldn’t even get a chance to enjoy her mashed potatoes hot because it took the server 10 minutes to bring her a spoon after being asked for one. I told all of this to the manager while she was at my table and she seemed completely unconcerned. She asked me to cut into the refired steak, which was still very rare. She offered to put the steak back on the grill for more time but after having sent it back once I just cut my losses and ate the bloody steak because I had lost all faith in them cooking or correctly. After all of this the manager still charged us full price for everything, even the upgrade for the bowl of dirty chili. In general it’s pretty shocking that a manager would do so little to make it right after her staff messes up your order much. She seems pretty checked out and I’m guessing that lack of pride probably trickles down to the rest of her staff. Bad food, even worse service and a bad manager…the trifecta! So do yourself a favor if you’re in a roadhouse mood and just go to any of the other locations in the city and save yourself the disappointment of...

Whenever we travel to the States we always visit a Texas Roadhouse for their bone-in Ribeye. We've been to the one in Cheektowaga, Orlando Florida, Tonawanda and now this one. We love our steaks. We always order Medium Rare and they always get them right, except this time. We have a party of 5 and 3 of us ordered the bone-in ribeye. All three were overcooked, there was barely any pink in the middle, let alone medium rare. The steaks were medium well to well done. Our waitress Jewel, came by and asked us how the food was and we told her they were overcooked. Right away she offered to replace them, but since we had already waited an hour and a half for our seats, we didn't want to wait anymore for them to replace the steaks, so we said it's okay.

A gentleman comes over towards the end of our meal and said 'I heard your steaks were overcooked', and asked to see our steaks. He looks at the meat and proceeds to say, 'To me that's medium rare'. We mentioned to him that this is way more cooked than medium rare and we've had this steak many times at other Texas Roadhouse locations and they're never this well done. The meat was tough and dry, and barely pink. He then tells us that he is the owner of the restaurant and says medium rare should be white one the edges and just slightly pink in the middle. Slightly pink is medium rare? It was pointless to argue with him since obviously he doesn't think anything was wrong with the steaks. Very frustrating that the owner of a steakhouse doesn't know that medium rare should look like. He had such an arrogant attitude which made the experience even worse. Needless to say we won't be returning to that location again.

UPDATE: So the reply below says to contact them because they care. I contacted them and have not received any response at all. These auto responses are very convenient for them, but guess they don't actually care about customer's...
