Culvers used to have the best Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I have AGS, which means my stomach can't handle beef. For some reason Culvers decided to change their chicken sandwich recipe, for what I can assume is to save time for cooking. I normally always get one but was informed yesterday as I ordered they changed it and have a new recipe. I was like ok I will try it hopping it would be an improvement over their already great sandwich. That was a mistake. I used to have to wait 5 or so minutes to get one, which was fine cause it was always good. This time almost as soon as I pulled to the front someone was already giving me my food. The line was busy too.
Old: Pros- Was always juicy, always chrispy, great bun never fell apart, good amount of chicken, had some spices for flavor, but not hot spice. Cons- Took about 5 minutes to get after order.
New: Pros- Given fast.. thats it. Cons- thinner patty, new bun wayy too soft and falls apart, chicken is dry, lacks flavor the old chicken had.
Why change perfection from your old just to save time if you know your sending out an inferior product. Don't know If I will be back. extremely...

Read moreI usually love coming here but today was off. Half of the staff was messing around, hitting each other with towels, etc. A lovely woman named Karina helped me out and gave me my order very quickly. I honestly don't know why my custard took over 20 minutes but I would assume it was the people messing around because they are in the corner with the custard. Some of them kept staring at me too, which was odd.
Edit: Switching to two stars because I had another poor experience. I ordered curbside half an hour ahead via the app, but then I ended up waiting 20+ minutes for my single item even after I arrived. I only got it because I went through the drive thru after all that time. Also, the original review said over 10 minutes but I've changed it to 20 because it ended up taking that long. I LOVE Culver's, but this location keeps...
