I ordered for to-go on the app. I was 10-15 minutes late picking up my order, and I apologized for that. I was expecting to pick up 2 sandwiches that were made 15-20 mins ago, I would’ve been fine with that. I go in, they acted like they had no idea I even ordered anything. They make me show them my app, then show them again, then show them the order number. They start to remake my food that they had obviously thrown away. When I told them “I’ll be back in 10 minutes” because I had to make a call, they were cutting up the bread for a footlong and a 6 inch, like I ordered. I left, was on the phone for 5 mins, and came back in to wait. They were taking the vegetables off the sandwiches and putting them in the oven. I didn’t think much of it, I figured that during the lunch rush they probably didn’t realize they were toasted. It’s 40 minutes past when I was supposed to pick up my food at this point. I take the sandwiches and leave, and it dawns on me that I never saw them actually make the sandwiches— they took them out of the trash. They actually took the sandwiches they made me, out of the trash, took the toppings off, toasted them again, and put the same toppings back on. I could tell because the sandwiches tasted slightly old— I will never be returning to this subway again. I had been here before and could tell by the way the owner read the order over multiple times making sure drinks and chip counts were correct that he was stingy, but taking food out of the trash?...
Read moreZERO STARS Awful disappointing Subway experience!!!! 2 mobile Orders were made on the App ahead of time and scheduled for pick up in the afternoon on 11/6. When I got there they did not have over half the order even ready. I ordered 14, 6 inch sub sandwiches. All were paid in full over $110 on my co-workers Credit card, they claim only 6 were paid for. $45 . They made me pay for ALL of it again, (even though I had the confirmation numbers) AND would not let me take the 6 sandwiches they said were paid in full!! So very frustrated at this, and a waste of my time. My friend will be disputing the charge on her credit card!! They do not understand English at ALL, that is why we placed on the App so we didn’t have to speak with them over the phone or in person. Read moreYou may say "it's just a Subway" but my goodness the customer service I recieved was 2nd to none! I visited around Noon on 5/28/20 for lunch with my family. I ordered a breakfast sandwich(I really like their breakfast). I got my sandwich and sat down to eat and my egg was still cold. I waited in line to ask for my sandwich go be warmed up. The gal was so nice and understanding. She let me keep the sandwich and made me a new one! I sit back down to each my meal and she comes over once the line settles and gives me a refund for my sandwich as well as a sincere apology. I wish I got the gals name. She had short dark hair with blonde in it. But she exceeded all expectations and truly provided quality customer service.
