The drive thru line was all the way towards the entrance. I waited a few minutes after not moving, then I parked and went inside the restaurant to place my order. Not even knowing that the wait would be even longer inside, I should have just stayed in my car or went to find breakfast elsewhere.
Once entering inside the restaurant, the manager, I assume, was taking orders one-by-one, and he was fixing the food for the placed order one-by-one. Unlike other restaurants, they usually would take all the orders just to get the customers in, and they would then fix the food based on the order each created ticket was made or by which food item(s) are available and ready to be bagged.
This man, the supervisor, had some nerve to have an entire line of customers wait until he got off the phone. That was no business at all!!! He stood right in front of the cash register, telling customers to hold on/wait until he finishes up his call. He was on the phone for a good five minutes or a little less!
I received my food and still had to wait on a fresh batch of boārounds because they ran out. Instead of the ''supervisor'' going to take the next customerās order, he ended up walking to the back and stayed back there for a few minutes. He could have at least asked someone else to come take orders. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
The other employees were standing around like they really didnāt want to be there, and they were holding lots of conversation, making them move even slower.

The employee that took our order was rude, disinterested, and unprofessional- strike one. When we rolled around to get the order- upon inspecting her bag, my daughter noticed that she did not have her potato rounds. So, I stayed at the window and waited for the girl to come back. We sat there for a good minute before the manager came to the window- with the girl peering over his shoulderšš. I told him that the potato rounds had not been added to the order. He says: āWell, youāll have to pay for them.ā My response: āI know that.ā He retorts: āMaāam, I didnāt take your orderā, with a snide attitude and rudely closes the window... strike two. When he comes back to the window with the potato rounds, I ask: āIs your manager available?ā To my surprise he says: āIām the manager.ā š±š±š± My response to him was: āYou need to work on your customer service skills.ā Again, he mentions that he didnāt take my order. DID IT MATTER THAT HE DIDNāT TAKE MY ORDER?!!! As a manager, it was his job to make it right, and to make the customer happy. He did neither. Strike three- well, really strike one, is the fact that this location NEVER has a 90 or above food score- at least not when I have visited there. So, I donāt eat there. Again, this visit was for my daughter to purchase her food, not me. Iāll stick with Chick fil A, where customer service- AND food service scores, are...

I Drove 20 minutes in highway traffic before I arrived.... Outside, there were dead bugs all over, but it's Georgia so... I get it...we walked inside, 2 ladies stood in back starring at me and my family. Finally we were asked if we'd like to order. I said "Yes, ma'am may I have a egg & cheese biscuit meal " š she rolled her eyes & turned away from me. Then her and the other lady began laughing so hard that one if them had to wipe tears away....... me and my family were puzzled and felt a bit embarrassed š³... I couldn't help but ask .... "did I say something wrong?" She turned back and yelled "we don't HAVE eggs" I was so embarrassed, and shocked and a bit disgusting at their mocking like behavior š³š... I just said "I don't want anything" and walked out. My family quickly followed. If you don't have an item ok. But to laugh in your customers face. Unacceptable.
