I can't give 5 stars and I can't give 1 star. I booked my sons birthday party here for 3pm on 11/30/24. The check in process was slow but without difficulties. The bathrooms were found to be immediately out of order. The snack bar area was found to quickly be out of stuff or broken [i.e popcorn machine] The jump time started at 3. By 3:10, all the kids had come to me that 3 areas were closed. Two out of the three being what they wanted: Warrior Zone and a foam area. Being that the jump time is paid for specifically hour time restriction, I asked why they were closed. I was told "to be cleaned and out be opened". At 3:20, they still were not open and I took a picture of their idea of cleaning it. [Picture one added] I went back to inquire because we are almost half our time up and areas closed. I was told "working on it." I went back to look, by 3:43 the next two photos are of the worker and her idea of cleaning it. She knew I had complained [and other patrons] and she was not pleased with me. She would walk by me sizing me up, facial expressions etc. At 3:45, the foam area was opened but never once Warrior Zone. It took complaining and requesting a manager for 30 minutes to get a resolution, which was at the end of my party room time 4-5, to come back for 30 minutes of additional jump time. Their first option was "we will give the party goers vouchers to return for 30 minutes on another day!" Absolutely not, we live 55 minutes away. Was I thankful for the additional jump time for the kids? Yes. Should it have taken 45 minutes to acquire that, getting a decent resoluion? No. Should public restrooms be open and available? Yes. Per the website and location, the only thing not guaranteed is dodge ball NOT jump areas. Before booking, I do recommend calling and making sure all areas will be available for usage and that their restrooms are back open. My party team member host was amazing at keeping the kids entertained as he was fast, efficient and personable. One of the sweet ladies at the counter who checked me out was also very personable and wanted feedback from the day. The manager who granted the 30 minute extra jump time was understanding. All other team members who tried to ignore complaints and request for help should reevaluate their job, especially the team member who refused to clean the area at 3:10pm when she was told it was supposed to have already been...

My experience here was terrible immediately upon walking in the general manager was very disrespectful. He’s a short heavy set guy name Arick Simmons I would be remiss to say even though hes an Afro American he strikes me & other guests as a (Karen & ken) this man never let me finish. My sentence interrupted me every time I was speaking, as if I was a child. He also said I was aggressive because he asked me for my ID and I told him I was paying debit which naturally anywhere in the United States predominately when you’re using debit you don’t have to show ID because you’re using your four digit security pin however, he got upset because I asked him that I was very calm and respectable trying to speak with him and he dismissed me every single time did not let me finish my sentence, or communicate with him. After I walked off, he begin to laugh with other employees, and, the Henry county police officer has it they were mocking me or bullying me. I do not recommend anyone with a family setting go to this place and if so, definitely do not deal with Mr Simmons Also, when I found a discrepancy in my receipt $120 for my children to jump for two hours during the global event from 8 to 10 PM the discrepancy was five dollars. I alerted one of the staff members who told me they would go and get a manager to fix the problem I asked, who are you talking about the guy who I dealt with when I came in this staff member replied no I will not get him. I heard how he spoke to you. I will get another manager I said, thanks!!! Mean while here comes Mr. aggressive general manager, Mr. Simmons. Even though the staff member told him I want to speak to another manager, he inserted himself again into what I was doing honestly I take my children mini places we go and have fun. We’re just looking to have a great experience. This guy will ruin your day in rub you with that energy. He has no customer service or not once came across as a general manager with...

I’ve been here twice for parties and unfortunately both times were very disappointing. They charge entirely too much to be so disorganized. You spend majority of your jump time on the floor checking in. Check in was set for 3:30p with a start for 4:00p, they weren’t able to start jumping until 4:22p. Employees had absolutely no urgency. They have you place your belongings on a crate as if they have someone to oversee or an area to store the items. However, your belongings are not secure at all. With the party room being reserved for 5p you would think the room would be cleared from the previous party at 4:30p. BUT NO, they weren’t asked to exit until 5p. The previous party was exiting the room as we were entering. With that being said 2 gifts for the birthday boy walked out of the location with the party prior to ours. AND.. Unfortunately they weren’t too concerned with prioritizing our issue because someone else in a prior party had a very similar issue where a brand new pair of Jordan’s(a gift) went missing off of their cart. The “manager” stated to us at 6p that he couldn't assist with our issue because he was still working on the issue with the Jordan’s that happened at 2pm(they were still looking at the cameras). Why are you spending hours looking at cameras!? Take care of your customers!!! This location is also horrible at HOSTING parties as the parents turn into Sky Zone employees while there. And let’s not even speak on the food that comes with the party package, The small amount provided is ridiculous and the tiny pitcher of lemonade provided to serve an entire party should be embarrassing to place on the table. Even the allotted jump time isn’t worth the amount charged. This is not how a business should operate at all. The service quality is VERY low. Get Air in Fayetteville is more organized...

Sky Zone Trampoline Park is an amazing place for kids to enjoy themselves and get some energy out. No matter if its a birthday party, or a good ole day of fun, we have enjoyed this place for many occasions. I've been to Sky Zone several times with my kids and used to really enjoy the experience, but unfortunately, our last couple of visits have been very disappointing. The facility doesn’t seem to be maintained the way it once was—most noticeably, the floors were dirty, which is not only unpleasant but also a safety concern. The snack stand was another frustration. It was closed for random stretches with no explanation, making it hard to get food or drinks when the kids needed a break. On top of that, when we finally did get drinks, they were served with no ice—and then we were charged almost $5 just for a cup of ice. That felt unreasonable. The young man said it was for the cup. I would have just told him to put the ice in the cup he just gave me if I knew he was going to charge this much. Also, the soda machine on the outside of the stand has not worked the last few times we have been in. Check-in was disorganized with long lines and minimal effort to keep things moving efficiently. What really stood out, though, was the lack of staff engagement. Several employees were just standing around chatting, clearly not paying attention to what was going on. There didn't seem to be any management presence at all to guide or support them. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic and unprofessional. Sky Zone used to be a fun, easy outing for families, but sadly, it’s gone downhill. I really hope they take some steps to improve the cleanliness, organization, and customer service soon.

This place has really stepped it up. The staff are phenomenal. The lady tonight that helped me and my four children plus their dad check in, she is awesome. Which really all the front desk is super patient and friendly. But what really gives this review five plus stars is the staff, even being younger, their interactions with kids has been awesome. They joke with the kids and are super kind with them. Even my six and seven year old. Bryson tonight, he was playing tag with one of my kids. My two youngest look forward to seeing him and playing tag. Thank y’all for the great service here. EDIT: February 2023 So, while I still love the staff here, this location has me all the way messed up. I went to visit at Glow Jump last weekend (which is a 45 minute drive for me) and was told after waiting in line that they changed to only two different membership types and I was downgraded and my account says I can no longer do glow jump. What? So of course I wanted to cancel my membership, I was really upset to be honest. Because not a single soul contacted me about this change and my kids were super broken hearted. I was told that I couldn’t cancel until the three month mark. They change their contract, but I can’t cancel now. With it being a 45 minute drive one way, I can’t go during school nights and I work on Sunday night. Trapped in a contract and can’t use the amenities. Bait and switch.
